My niece says normally not bad. This is my first time at this location. Poorly managed on this day. We had to wait at least 20 minutes, maybe more for our food. Lines were long, and people complained. My thing is when we walked in, there was one employee sitting at a table on their phone, maybe on break or lunch. Then there was kne young man who was just walking around, pretending like he was doing something. It was busy, and the manager should have had him behind counter helping fill orders or taking orders or cooking. Instead, he cleaned the glass doors, then he wiped down the condiment counter ( which wasn't dirty), then he went back and talked to the employee sitting at the table. Now i don't know when that person went to lunch or was on break but they sat at that table the whole time we were there. More than 30 minutes from the time of order till we left. Not a good experience.
Just pulled up at the drive-thru behind 2 other cars that ordered. When it came my turn, I sat there and sat there and sat there and finally drove off. Once in a great while you get someone with customer service skills at this location. Otherwise, they have THE WORST customer service.
3AM service is very slow and messed up the order (gave me wrong item and left out 1 item. There was a chunk missing on my Cinammon roll.???? The iced coffee is always bitter at this location. Other locations serve it with a sweet flavor.

We had a late flight and were starving. We were so fortunate to find this Whataburger. The interior was nice and clean. The cashier, Aaron (I think) was super nice and efficient. The food arrived quickly, exactly as ordered and was delicious It really hit the spot.
I've never had a smooth ordering experience in the drive through. Most Whataburger's are slow, but these folks seem scattered. Theres too many kids telling other kids what to do.
Edit from a recent experience. Decided to give it another try. Same experience as last time but worse. After waiting in a 3 car line for 10 mins I can't get a hold of anyone on the kiosk waited another 6-7 mins before cars in front disappear so I pull up to window and told them what happened. They asked me to pull up and wait, wait another 15 mins. Finally go inside and the order attendant hasn't even put my order in. Then passed me a sandwich I hadn't ordered. I took it because I starving by that point. Never going to this location again and probably done with the whole business at this point. This was next level something else.
I picked up an order for a delivery service and I saw the cook with sagging pants playing loud music at 11:30pm and the cashier had pink braids…no thank you. I wouldn’t eat here if it was free. Looks like the manager James was the sane one.
The people here are so incompetent. They always have four people standing around. The staff always forgets to make spicy chicken until 5 minutes after you’ve been waiting at the window to receive your order - so you’re pretty much waiting 25 minutes for a chicken sandwich. The wait is always long and the staff is super unprofessional
This Whataburger has been on top it for a while. The food is always hot and fresh, the people are always courteous and friendly, and if anything should go wrong they are always quick to fix it.
I was supposed to write this review months ago, but I've been to busy running back to give them more business. As this is now the only Whataburger I eat from! Seriously as I am a very picky eater.
