DON'T GO DURING LUNCH TIME !!!!
I usually have a GREAT experience with this Whataburger, but that's with the night crew. This time I went during late lunch around 2pm and it was terrible. The lady taking my order acted like I was bothering her, she got my order wrong, and the food was partially prepared.
I ordered the large double meat double cheese combo with ketchup and a vanilla/strawberry shake. The lady even asked if I wanted condiments and didn't put any in the bag, nor any napkins.
The fries were soggy, cold, and not cooked all the way. The patties were overcooked, hard, and rubbery. There was no ketchup. And the cheese was cold and unmelted. The shake had no vanilla.

Whataburger a Texas staples of getting it done. I love the classic menu of the four popular sandwiches. My all-time favorite sandwich is a spicy double bacon????????????️ burger and an extra patty for that bold kick. If it was possible to eat this everyday I would. The customer service was nice and responsive to my order. I was In and Out ???? as soon as the burgers ???? were taken care of and done. Texas most beautiful Burger is and always will be Whataburger ????????????❤️
You can’t go to Texas and not try Whataburger.
The Sweet & Spicy Bacon burger was amazing.
It’s not the most charming place to sit and eat, but the food and service was great.
Great customer service here. I had an issue with an offer on the app (my mistake from misreading). The manager including staff were very friendly, offered excellent customer service skills and politely explained to me what I was supposed to do. Food served was hot and fresh.
First time trying Whataburger, and looked forward to the experience after departing from Raleigh.
The burger tastes good. Soft bun, tender meat, and crunchy lettuce all come together to make a respectable burger.
The fries were fresh and not overly salty. Enough said, enjoyed them.
Men's room (@7a.m.) absolutely rancid. Toilet needed severe cleaning and towels were out. More attention needs to be paid on sanitation. No appetite to order when facilities aren't maintained.
This location was okay. I did ask for TOASTED buns and received slightly burned buns ????. Nearly ruined my lunch bc the fries were pretty good.
Nice, clean store. With hot/fresh food.
