Do not shop here, they do NOT deserve people's hard earned money. The last 4 or 5 times I've been here they have made me wait close to an hour for a single item, with no one else in the line. My family has all had the same experience as well EVERY time. The last time I went here I ordered honey butter wings and got home to find a bowl of dried up chicken with no sauce. I took a picture and returned the next day just for them to refuse to make it right. They are careless, have no respect for their customers, and will steal from you at the first chance. Give your money to Braum's instead. Let this place shut down, or fire the manager and get a new staff.
Not bad! I'm from the East Coast so this is my first time. I would definitely eat here again. Customer service is always a plus for me and they were on point
This is what I got. Looks like a day-old chicken sandwich that they microwaved. I ordered a grilled sandwich with cheese. I was going to just go ahead and eat it and not complain about it. Took a bite and made me nauseous.
Waited 40 mins in the second drive through. Ridiculous. Young kid was definitely not prepared for work. And our whole order wasn't even in our bags. It's a little ridiculous to spend money and not get the food after waiting 40 minutes
We stopped for lunch on a hot day of running errands. We were met with a huge smile and welcoming greeting. We ordered 3 salads that were so fresh and delicious. We were checked on and asked if there was anything we needed. High end fast food service....wish I would have caught her name! What a delight!
This location is okay but it needs some work. They just got it up and running not too long ago but after giving it plenty of time and several mistakes they definitely need a lot of help. For reference at one point I actually worked for this company. To start with this location as accessible friendly and does have several accessible parking lots. It is also accessible friendly inside along with the restrooms. The location is easily seen from the road and easily accessed from the road. Parking is good and they have quite a few areas to be able to park and overlap areas for large vehicles nearby. Bathrooms tend to stay decently clean although it's a half and half mix sometimes they're dirty sometimes they're clean. Restaurant is the same story about half the time it's clean half the time it's dirty especially the tables. Food quality is the same there is no consistency and sometimes your food is good and sometimes it's not. It definitely does not have that always fresh taste that Whataburger has come up with and continued as a staple of their quality. The staff do fairly decent but at times they can be amiss. Several times I have seen staff on the floor talking about internal issues loud enough guests can overhear internal issues. They also tend to sit in the center of the restaurant rather than in the outlying edges to discuss these issues which is something that was taught to me when I worked for the company. Sometimes the staff can be great sometimes they can be not so great it's kind of a 50-50 mix right now. What I eat here again yes but would it be my suggested favorite no. The main thing that saves them right now is the fact that they're 24/7 in an area that has almost nothing that way. I do think they have a lot of room to grow and a lot of things that need to be fixed and this is speaking from experience. Freshness is a large issue with this location and so it's cleanliness given the standard set by Whataburger. I think about the only special thing about this location right now is the 24/7 service. Hopefully that will change in the coming time as they find their groove and get better staff.
4am in the morning, and you try and pawn off some old, mummified fries off on me! Then have the audacity to act like I should be grateful that you gave me even that! No apology or even a "My bad"... Since y'all went corporate, y'all's service, and food have gone downhill considerably.
The sad limp lettuce looks like it's seen better days, and it's seriously questionable about the tomatoes.
The only reason y'all are still getting business is because you're open 24/7 and the food is cheaper (both price and quality) than KwikChek.
Ever since this Whataburger opened its always something when going in there. It either takes extremely long, the order is wrong or the staff is rude. There has yet to be an all around decent experience going in there. I dont eat there often myself but I've been in there a million times due to food deliveries.
