I over did it. The burger was not really hot, but surprisingly tasted ok. The fries were ok. I think I was hungry after working in the area. The temperature of the food did not bother me. The milk shake was over the top, but good and filling. This is my second time and I have no complaints. Security in the parking lot was helpful .
Drive through sucks. I got called a weirdo for asking for my receipt BY TECARIA J. she charged us for a shake instead of a small soda. Called customer service. Got a full refund and they took her name. Also she said she was the manager when I asked for one and then finally got a manager after a few minutes.
I understand it's a busy time but a whole lot of the actual "Whataburger" experience is taken from this. Hopefully, things will slow down after some more time being open. My number 5 Double/ No Onion was trayed up completely incorrect but served with fresh hot fries. When I returned to the counter to have them correct the situation I was overlooked completely until I eyed a member of management and called them over specifically. How they handled the situation was a remake, in which they gave me back those fresh hot fries, only now cold and slightly soggy along with them same sandwich reorganized and sloppily reassembled with a patty slightly warmed and a slap of cold cheese. Seating was atrocious. Had the bar area planned on the trip but it was entirely packed by patrons waiting for to go orders. So, after a little wait I snatched an available table and held on through the waves of hungry customers. It was a bad trip but it could have been if I let it get to me. The Nashville location was more organized than this on the very first day.
So the burgers for now seem to be real burger meat. They’re small Pattie’s but that’s what they advertise so can’t get mad just order the triple and be happy. Fries are ok, and the kids like it. I like their spicy chicken sandwich too. Not sure of anything we have ordered there and didn’t like. I’ll be back again and again as long as they don’t lower their standards.
It's just another average fast chain restaurant. The beef patties were thin and extra dry, no different from McDonald's. My ???? was old, and the onions on my sandwich were styled for a hot dog. Sliced onions go better on a burger, not diced. Just my opinion. The only good thing was the service was Profesional. So great job on that aspect. But over all the food was mediocre at best.
We were waiting for the Texas giant to open Memphis from long time. We heard they are opening soon, and we made the plan earliest as we could make. The banana pudding shake was good. We ordered spicy chicken burger and the taste was good, it was just lacking in more of veggies. I especially liked their wide range of sauce and dip collection. The ambiance was lively and the crowd was awesome.
I love this place. The food was good and plentiful. No long lines. The employees were curious and friendly. This is going to be our go to place from now on.
I was excited to try this new Whataburger in the area. My husband enjoyed his bacon burger and French fries. I had the grilled chicken salad. I normally love this same salad at other locations but didn’t love this one. It was plentiful like normal but the cherry tomatoes tasted like chemicals and the grilled chicken had a funky aftertaste. I personally wouldn’t return to this location.
