I am normally hard to please with a burger, but this was genuinely one of the very best I have had. Fries were fine, milk shake was incredible. Lady who served us was very polite and came to see how we were half way through too.
Ordered through the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for two meals. There was only one car ahead of us who had already placed an order and three total in the parking lot. It was 2:30 in the afternoon.
We asked for extra sauce as well, which we were told cost extra. We had anticipated the extra cost and agreed then paid for the meal, but then the carhop asked for more money. She didn't add the sauce to the order, and we had to pay separately. Very frustrating... the patty melts were good but the fries tasted old.
Every visit we've had at this location has been terrible. Do better.
Register cashier was hard to understand, didn’t speak up, didn’t ask questions, not helpful. Never said welcome…can I help you…nothing. Food was trash. Very disappointing. Barely luke warm and I waited for fresh hot food?!?! Fries were the same but at least they tasted better, but def not hot. Only salvageable part of the meal was fries and shake. Well, I tried it and it won’t happen again.
Cashier is nice but don't know what's what. Breakfast menu is streaming on the wall and you have to read fast. Coffee was very cold asked for another one and it took forever, we had to hold off eating our Pancakes and sausage until Coffee finally arrived. Coffee came and it was horrible tasting.
Not wasting my money here again.
Love our local Whataburger! Excellent food, and great service every time, and them being the one place that is open after a game or whatever we were doing to be out late, allows us to pick up a meal when everyone else is closed. And at Whataburger, your burger is always made the way you want it. So if you don't like something, just let them know, or if you want something extra, ask for it.
If you want decent food, you'll have to wait ... granted to be fair I have never been able to go during peak hours because it takes too damn long ???? employees are decent and respectful after hours, as long as you understand the wait time ...
This is ridiculous, everything we come here it's the longest wait, even if you do a mobile order. It could be no one in line and you're still waiting 20 minutes for food. SMH DO BETTER!
Asked for sauces when food was brought out.
Then we realized order was wrong. Waited on sauces, no one came. Found someone after several minutes, asked for sauces again and told them the order was wrong. 10 minutes later another person came to ask the issue. Told her the sandwich was wrong. And asked for sauces a 3rd time. When they brought the "correct" order it was also wrong. And THEN several minutes later first woman came back and asked me if I was charged for the sauces.
But didn't have any sauces. Told her not to even worry about it and just ate the wrong sandwich. ????
