Food is good however they need quality control on the order and someone should verify the order before delivery or handing over to customer. Specially the to-go order management need attention - all items are discreetly placed in the front shelf and there’s no one verify those orders what they’re serving. So many missing items from the order - no names in some packages. Please have someone verify and package the order properly.
Wow I’ve never had a better and faster experience at a whataburger then I did the other day. Kylie took my order and she was so much help! She recommended so many items to me I’ve never even thought about getting and me and my family loved them! Hashbrowns on a burger?? Game changer! Without Kylie’s help we would of been still trying to figure out what to get! I hope she is there every time I go! Thanks Kylie!!!
There were about five employees in the kitchen just chatting with each other, despite there being no customers inside or in the drive-thru. I waited 15 minutes for a simple shake and ultimately left because it didn't make sense. Awful service. The only good thing was Eddie, he was nice
The food quality is always great here . I have noticed the morning crew has great customer service however the night time slacks , they have high school kids that don't want to work it's a problem that needs to be fixed .
While it is the best Whataburger location in the surrounding area it has become horrible recently. 1) They are parking cars during peak hours, not just big orders, every single car with the smallest order just to "fake" having good drive thru time when all you're actually doing Is just causing more backup on your line. We as Texans expect a longer wait at Whataburger, it is what it is. 2) The inside of this store is always pretty dirty and 3) For the love of god please STOP putting those nasty ketchup packets on top of the fresh fries, train your employees. Those packets are handed by several people, dropped on the floor, picked up, etc and DO NOT belong on top of food. Also this is not Chick-fil-A, there's no need to have people outside with tablets, it just causes most customers to be uncomfortable and those kids don't want to stand in this heat or freezing weather, do better.
Drive thru was quick to respond (Sat night after 10pm June 22) we love that but they were busy with 5 cars waiting in between two lanes. Our order was missing a fry but they quickly brought out a hot fry side. Stoically courteous youth handling the drive thru hand off. Food was hot everything tasted per usual flavor profile. Prefer this over cross roads side
Worst experience ever. Told us the wrong lane to be in no big deal then They told us they were waiting for the fries to cook waited 20 mins and nothing. Told us to scoot up wait 10 more mins then they came and told us they messed up our order so they were remaking it. Waiting 10 more mins. Came back and asked us what our order was twice. Have been waiting 40 mins at this point. Absolutely the worst whataburger I have ever been too.
FOOD POISONING!!! entire family ate at this location, huge mistake. Lack of cleanliness. Customer service from the youngsters at the window, taking the orders and cooking. Inordinately piss poor. Avoid this location like the plague; Or you may feel like you have a plague after consuming food here.
