Everything was cold as ice. Precooked to be faster for service. Orders were coming out wrong the whole time we were there. I love Whataburger, but never again will i visit this location.
We had ordered 1 salad, 2 sandwich combos, and one sandwich by itself. When they brought the food they had brought us 2 salads and 3 sandwiches (with no fries or drinks), and they also charged us for the extra salad we didn’t order. We spoke with the staff and felt that they couldn't comprehend what went wrong and blaming us for the miscommunication. Bad service, could have been better if they had repeated the order to us beforehand, or just helped us fix the issue. Had higher expectations for whataburger.
Went through the drive-thru & wait about 15 minutes for 2 teas. Dave was very friendly & doing his best, but they needed someone out there to help him. It was very busy.
