Absolutely terrible experience, not at all worth the money spent here. You should be ashamed of the quality you're serving out & are risking making people sick serving old, cold food. $50 for OLD, cold, chewy fries, cold burgers, and old, cold chicken that had no sauce on it. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wings and received old, cold pieces of chicken with no Buffalo sauce on them. All of the orders of fries, and all of the burgers were cold. The fries were definitely not fresh they were old and chewy. We ordered online for curbside and it took too long to get the curbside order out. I requested spicy ketchup for each order of fries and there were no sauces in the bag. We had to go in and wait in a giant line for the ketchup that should have been in the bag. This made ordering ahead for curbside completely pointless. The amount of money spent was a lot for this absolutely terrible meal, that half of which just ended up in the trash can. We live in the neighborhood behind this location, Whataburger off of Unser and Wellspring and came here out of convenience, however from now on I'll spend my money elsewhere. This was a complete waste and complete disappointment, never again.
Went to Whataburger Wednesday night around 930pm and ordered the new blaze burger. I was so excited to go home and try it— in addition we ordered two whataburgers. Upon arriving home, I unwrapped the blaze burger and before taking a bite noticed something white. I took a closer look and the PAPER WAS STILL ATTACHED AND MELTED TO MY CHEESE SLICE! how do you melt a whole cheese slice on a burger with the paper still on??! All 3 burgers were also dry, seemed like they had been sitting out for quite a while. Not the whataburger I’m used to.
8/29/24. Still the same old crap - do not order from the app, they will just let you food sit there and then give it to you cold and stale. The manager and the team members just do not give a crap about anything. They need to learn a lesson from Chick Fil A. These guys just suck - get new Managers that can lead these young people to not be a group of half-assers.
11-15-2023 - NEWEST UPDATE - STILL THE SAME GROUP OF INCOMPETENT PEOPLE FROM THE MANAGER DOWN!!! I KEEP GIVING THEM A CHANCE - OVER 50% OF THE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG - THE MANAGERS STILL DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT HAS HAPPENED. THE MANAGER TONIGHT SAID " THERE ARE OTHER WHATABURGERS - TRY ON OF THEM TO GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT". - REALLY!!!! THIS IS A PERSON THEY PUT IN MANAGEMENT - NO WONDER THEY ARE ROTTEN. SO GLAD THAT IN AND OUT IS COMING SOON - GOODBYE WHATABURER AND BLAKES - YOU GUYS ALL SUCK EGGS.
This has to be the best example of how to go out of business. Cold food, wrong food, no service, and all the employees stand around on their phone doing nothing!! This has to be the best example to date - supposed to have just ketchup and plain as the stickers on the wrapper state - but look at the burger I was given. When we took it back, the manager, Bella said sorry, you ordered online so we cannot replace or refund it. WOW!!!!
Bad customer service and awful food. I was waiting at the counter for like 15 minutes just for someone just to take my order. And finally someone came to take my order. I waited 40 minutes just to get my food. They have bad customer service everyone's just wondering around doing random stuff the manager doesn't even know what she's doing. The manager needs to have one person do one thing not just random stuff this place is disorganized. Every other Whataburger I have went to is nothing like this location.
Absolutely horrible! The way I was treated in DT made me NEVER want to eat here again. The girl that took my order was rude on the speaker, I ignored it moved forward to the window, only to be disrespected argued with and left not feeling like a valued customer. She wore the same gloves handling money and handling my food. I asked her about it and she was even more rude. Went inside to talk to the manager. She was really nice remade my order personally but when I got home my bottom biscuit was so hard ???? . Money wasted! I'm a regular at this location but I will not return. I will go were I'm valued and appreciated as a customer
It was Friday early evening and after a rough week we wanted some comfort food. Whataburger was a perfect choice (for a former Texan). This is a new location and we were excited to try it. So glad we did. Everything was great - food and service. The dining room was clean and comfortable. I don't have a single complaint or suggestion.
This man was clearly more focused on his watch, and showing it to his coworkers than severing his customers. We stayed for atleast 30 minutes just waiting to pay for our meals. He also forgot our drink
This was my first time ordering at the drive thru of the Unser location. The drive-thru worker was courteous and helpful. Our grill order was made properly. The coffee was fresh even through she forgot to put in the cream and sugar I asked for. (Which was fine since the coffee was freshly made.) The biscuit sandwiches were hot and fresh. Potatoes were a little overcooked. No worries; the yummy sandwich made up for it!!
