Ordered 3 burgers all no cheese. My Sweet and Spicy burger cheese was still added. I checked my orders because my Sweet and Spicy burger and a #2 burger had been made wrong once before by adding cheese at this same location. The lady took the burger back because it was made wrong. Here comes another lady I'm believing the manager asking me what was wrong with my burger. ???? I just told the lady that took the wrongly made burger back that I specifically said while placing my order several times no cheese please. She further try explaining because it comes with cheese. I know ma'am but once again I stated no cheese and several times. Told her to please ask the man that took my order. Her attitude was already not customer friendly. Then here comes the remade burger with no onions. OMG, Sweet and Spicy burger comes with onions. I once again told the lady that was coming out that my burger still isn't made right. Let me make this clear, the burger I originally ordered was for extra onions & big as day on the receipt. At this point I get out to only be welcomed by another customer standing at the counter not happy about his order. The ladies on the inside while speaking to one another in Spanish, acting rudely and upset at me for messing up my order that I paid for. My 3rd burger definitely showed that. Looks like it was just slapped together. ???? Customers please check your orders before leaving. Pretty sure I'm not the only one that's been treated as such lack of. Definitely wasn't customer friendly to me this morning. I love Whataburger! To me they make the best freshly made burgers. Never experienced this kind of treatment. Hopefully I never will again. Now have to find me another Whataburger burger to go to. This one wasn't far from me in the Bishop Arts District.
They ALWAYS get my order wrong. I repeatedly said bacon and cheese only with my triple meat whataburger and of course they charge me for bacon but put none on. Veronica Hernandez you gotta do better at the drive through

My food was ridiculous. I ordered the chicken strips and fries. For the cost my chicken strips was just a bit shy away from being oversized nuggets. Food was cold, an inch from being borderline refrigerator cold. If I wasn’t on my way to work I would have turned around and gone back. My second thought was to go back after work with my receipt and request for a refund. In all honesty who wants to deal with that after getting off work.

The drive-thru setup is kind of interesting with lane "A" and "B" set-up. In lane "B" they come out to your vehicle at 9" feet height or below ⬇️ ???????????????? and take your payment. Which feels a little like a Chick-fil-A with just less employees ????. The food is always hot, fresh and so delicious ????. Whataburger is what Texas is all about ???? This is a pretty good location is right off of I-30 and easy to get to. In my humble opinion the ????sweet and spicy bacon burger is the best on the menu ????
I have a love-hate relationship with this location; the staff in the morning shift is amazing, but the night shift, is horrible. When I go get lunch here, the staff greets me, and even knows me by name. It’s honestly awesome to eat here (during the day). At night time, however, you have a bunch of young kids who don’t care for anything. By the time I get my food, it’s cold, and their service is horrendous. I do everything in my power to avoid eating here after 6pm.
HOW HARD CAN IT BE TO JUST PROVIDE GOOD QUALITY FRESH FOOD??? I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS BREAKFAST PLATTER, BISCUITS AND GRAVY BREAKFAST IN A BUN BACON ETC THE BISCUITS WERE SO HARD LIKE THEY BEEN SITTING THERE FOR DAYS THE HASH BROWNS WERE HORRIBLE!!!!! LEFT SOME OF MY FOOD OUT THAT I PAID FOR AS WELL!!! JUST HORRIBLE AND THE MANAGER I SPOKE WITH LUNA HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOUNDED LIKE SHE COULD CARE LESS AND MADE EXCUSES!!!!
JUST GO ELSE WHERE OR MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE LEAVING BETTER YET ASK FOR IT FRESHLY COOKED CAUSE THEY COULD GIVE 2 F……
The food is fine, but the soda fountain here feels like a gamble. Sometimes the soda is good and sometimes the soda is not.
Also, anytime I've asked a worker if they put ketchup in my bag, they say they did when they did not... ????
The people were great. Very friendly and greeted me as I walked in. They were patient while I decided what to order. The burger was OK, they went a hit heavy on the mayo. The fries were disappointing. They were nit crisp nor very hot.
