First time visiting this location and stopped by for breakfast. We ordered through the drive thru to make it easy.
This Sunday morning the young lady working the line was chipper and thorough. The wait was decent and our breakfast was hot. I do wish there was more syrup given for their pancakes (they're huge). My husband's sausage pattie had an accident apparently while being placed in the container but that's minor.
Overall, a good experience.
I love Whataburger food. But this location on South Hwy 6 in College Station NEVER gets our order correct. It doesn’t matter if it’s a hamburger or forgetting the cream gravy for my chicken fingers. And sometimes their chocolate shakes/malts taste more like they’re vanilla than chocolate. I hate to say it but I usually choose another fast food restaurant in the area over this Whataburger location. But when I give in and choose to get food from them they consistently mess up my order.
Excellent service! This has been one of the better Whataburger I've been to. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is going through some renovations but you really wouldn't notice it because they do a good job and cleaning up around them selves and keeping the work very low profile. Although I'm just passing through, I will definitely make an effort to stop there again when coming back. I definitely believe that you won't like this restaurant, your love the friendly service. It won't regret it.
I took my kids here for the first time recently and they're STILL talking about it a week later. My kid has even started drawing the Whataburger logo for fun. I'm not sure if getting obsessive about Whataburger is a good thing but we will come back in moderation. I did enjoy the Whataburger as I always do. My kids for the chicken tenders and Whataburger Jr with fries. They ate everything! This is a great sign because they can be so picky sometimes. We also took advantage of a free Whataburger through the app sign up, and a free Whataburger Jr through a mailed-in coupon. Our total was around $15 because of the tenders, extra fries, and a drinks. Really not a bad deal to make us all happy. Thank you!
We went into the drive thru at 10:20. It is now 11:30 with still not being up to the window yet. (One care in front). This is the SLOWEST Whataburger Drive-Thru ever. It could still be the best food ever, would still give one star. Waiting over a hour to get food is ridiculous. I would advise to either go in or not come to this location at all.
The entire night staff tonight AJ think is his name and Edward absolute delight! Orders always correct and really good at this location after midnight. We work late nights and this Whataburger is on the way home so I’m glad everything’s always so amazing from here

Ordered remotely via the Whataburger app and the system processed my order expeditiously while we were on our way to the store. I ordered online to be able to save on time and decided to do a curbside pick-up for better time efficiency. After arriving in the store and inputting my curbside number, no order was delivered to us after waiting for more than 10 minutes. I then decided to go inside the store and follow up on the order. I was told by the cashier that I should have told them that I was already on-site, which totally defeats the purpose of a curbside order. I could see my order (already in red) on the status screen behind the cashier and it clearly showed my status there as arrived curbside. The food was good as usual but the service quality and system awareness was way below par for this store.
