I wish there were more stars for the staff. Upon entering a gentleman greeted us. The young lady at the register was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. She even wished us a good day when we left and said " we will be here when you come back". Very impressive. The breakfast was delicious.
Ordered a number 8 with a regular coffee. They came out and said they didn’t have any regular coffee ready, just decaf. I politely told them I would wait when the regular was available. Finished my combo, and still waited 15 minutes. It wasn’t even a busy afternoon. Worst Whataburger service ever in my life.
The worst service today waited too long for our order they gave us the wrong item in a smaller size and flavor rude employees

My last visit was the worst. I order from the app and still waited 15+ mins. I get home and my chicken was smaller than the usual. Management was very helpful though. I wouldn't go back
The chicken strips are getting very small so I ordered an extra 1 they gave me the smallest strip they could find I payed for a strip not a nugget.

I walked in, and no one to take my order. It turned out that the cashier was delivering an order in the parking lot. She finally came in, so I ordered two double meat whataburgers, onion rings, and chili cheese fries. I waited for what seemed a long time, which meant a total of eight customers were waiting for a cashier to take their orders. After twenty minutes or so without my order, I was getting ready to ask what was taking so long, when one of the eight customers came in with a bag of food she had been given. As it turned out, they had delivered my order to this lady. No supervisor was visible anywhere in the restaurant. Everyone, it seemed, was going on auto pilot without direction. Not going back to this place.
