As I Texan growing up with Whataburger it is sad to see how Whataburger is now I haven’t visited in a year now and I have been reminded today as to why I don’t go anymore. Absolutely a disgrace I waited in line for 47.5 minutes (yes I timed it) for cold limp fries if I knew ir would be taken this long I could’ve gone to the store and made my own food for a quarter of the price! How are you gonna make me wait almost an hour just to serve me cold undercooked fries!? Looked like they only had 3 people on shift this is ridiculous just another great company destroyed by private equity ???????? I will no longer support you guys in anyway.
Morning crew is super friendly, greeted me with smiles as soon as I walked through the door. My order was out within minutes. Very delicious food!
We got the biscuits & gravy, as well as the breakfast burger.
This was the first time my wife had eaten at Whataburger. She really enjoyed the burger and good service. My burger was delicious as always. The open seats/tables were not cleaned, so it limited where we could sit down. Overall, she was thoroughly pleased with Whataburger's tasty food.
This place is a disgrace. Took too long to get 4 orders of salad and when I finally got my orders the veggies in the all of boxes were old and spoiled. Very disappointing. Never again eating at this place.
My husband loves this place me not so much but I gave in and just got a chicken sandwich. It had the heart of the lettuce on it. If they're going to charge so much and lines be so long at least the food should be decent.
Went here to order food waited in line 15 min to only get served raw fry’s! Not only after waiting 15 min I had go back into the store cause they forgot to put the apple pies in the bag????????
This place is clean and expensive. I spent $30 for 2 combos and 2 apple pies. This isn't a place to feed the entire family unless you absolutely got it to spare. Customer service was great if you order chicken know it's not going to be like Chick-fil-A big chicken sandwiches, the onion rings isn't their fresh out the bag. The apples pies were okay no different than McDonald's.
There's never enough staff at this location, I waited for 30 minutes after ordering in the drive thru for my food. They told me to pull up, got not only my name wrong, but gave me attitude when I said they missed my drink. I ordered dr pepper and got coke and didn't notice until I had left. Only reason I keep coming back is because I work nights.
