Smh…I see why this place is rated a 3 star. If I could give this location a -100 I would!! TERRIBLE customer service coming straight from their managers. Don’t ask them to correct a $60 order that they messed up entirely. They will look at you and turn away and don’t approach a customer that had already waited in the drive through for 35 minutes. I spent an HOUR at this place tonight playing little girl games with two black girls (one of which was a manager) who wanted to disrespect me when all I asked is for them to give me a refund and correct the many issues they made. Below I will post a picture of the two and so maybe they would be happier without a job!!!! This is ridiculous, this manager is hateful every time we go there. She also speaks ill of customers in front of other customers. They also had some booty bumpin music on that you could hear clear outside. No wonder they messed our order up, I’m sure they couldn’t even hear me! These are grown woman too SMFH.
The pictures I’m attaching is a patty melt that was barely warm. The cheese wasn’t even melted. The other sandwich shouldn’t have had tomatoes on it and should have came with a large fry but they didn’t do any of that. I got a coffee and it tasted like &$@$ I had them remake it three times and it just got worse. Eventually when we got tired of waiting in the drive through we came in to get a refund on my coffee. My husband text me and said they never brought out the patty melt, the manager took the bag and slung it on the counter and turned around. Didn’t even tell us that it was ours. Then when we threatened to speak to the general manager she turned around popping that little mouth of hers. I want a full refund!!!! I spent so much money to feed my family to get treated like this in return!!! I will make sure this is on all social media!!! Not sure if the girl with the nappy braids was just regular crew or not but she too was very unprofessional with that mouth. Sad they can’t even work at a fast food restaurant smfh ????
Barely gave us any fries! Asked 3 times for ketchup, had to turn around and go ask again for it! Just do yourself a favor and go to a different whataburger location! We keep keep eating whataburger just never again at this location!
I was running errands and needed to satiate my hunger, so I popped into this Whataburger.
The restaurant was quiet with patrons eating. I didn't have to wait long to put in my order. I can see there is a steady drive thru traffic as the employee making burgers never stopped for a break.
I got a Spicy Chicken Sandwich. It was piping hot. The spices came through. The outside was crispy while the meat was tender and juicy. The sandwich was nice and filled me up.
Night shift needs a manager on duty or if they do have one a better one. Took way too long and no one was in line nor inside. A lot of young looking kids eating and playing around the whole time.
We were given our food and said a cinnamon roll was not included. Employee gave us the cinnamon roll. Get home and now see the hash browns were not included. First and last time visiting this location.
I at least waited 30 minutes in the drive-through keep in mind I was basically the only one in line so expected hot fresh food not the case my fries were cold. My chicken
strip sandwich tasted like old chicken. The only thing that was fresh was the boneless chicken bites for the kid
This location was THE WORST! Post of my mobile order were 2 Dr. Pepper shakes and I placed the order for curbside delivery. Had to go in to get the order after waiting 10 min. No Dr. Pepper shakes. Mgr was rude and refused to refund the money. Had to email corporate to get my refund.
They ask you do you want extra bacon and do you want extra brownie. Then you say yes and they forget everything and charge you for the extra items they pushed on you. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam going on they pocket the cash. It’s not been once it’s everytime I go. this has to be scam going on…
