Food was great. Workers were pleasant as always. Spent $36 for 3 people. They have never messed up my order (side- eye to other fast food restaurants). They even remember the ketchup and napkins!
They proceeded to hand me the wrong food, I should have checked it, that is my fault. I drove all the way home which is a 15 minute drive then realized it was the wrong order. Drove all the way back and told them that I received a wrong order. Then they handed me my order which was cold so I asked them to remake it because I would have devoured it about 10 minutes prior. I wait in the lobby for about 5 minutes then they hand me my order I check it and it’s the same cold burger they handed me………….. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Manager Rose was on shift
Holy cow this place is slow! I’ve been here about 10 times and every time it takes forever. It doesn’t matter how many people are there. Everyone is nice and all but it’s just really slow and I ordered the large chili cheese fries and they totally short changed me on it. My son ordered a small yesterday and it was the same size.
I bumped them down a star. Placed an order online then proceeded to wait 15min after the pickup time then to get to my destination with no ketchup or salt and pepper. Highly disappointed with this store.
Stopped in for a couple of milk shakes and a burger, the lady who waited on us was so sweet and the burger was delicious i do have to say the strawberry shake was super delicious but the chocolate shake definitely needed more chocolate it just tasted like ice cream, but regardless it was all good.
In restaurant service was great! Customer service was on point and they even came to check on you if it wasn’t too busy at lunch.
Lynn always greets use and makes our “special” chocolate shake. We love the sweet and spicy burger with onion rings. As old farts, we share one meal and come away full to the gills.
Great place, great people, great fast food.
Every time I order food here it’s a 20 minute wait minimum. Even when ordering on the app ahead of time they never meet the eta given. Food is good, but don’t be in a hurry!
Curb side order was 30 minutes late. The food must have been sitting for a while it was soggy. I went inside 3 times asking about the order but they ssid they are working on it. The third time i went in he pulls it out from under the counter. I know it was sitting under there the whole time. Don't plan to go back.
