Issues with this location are fee and far between, and when they do occur staff is quick to correct. Always friendly and inviting. My go to place when hungry.
If I could give a negative 5 I would. Nothings ever right. I’ll place an order online and the app says “ready by 11-11:05” I arrive at 11:30 and still have to wait 45 minutes, I could forgive this if there was SOME SORT OF COMMUNICATION but there never is. Ima always stuck thinking “did they forget about my order” Very unprofessional and very NOT “fast food”
Whoever’s packing up and taking out orders today is in lala land because it took almost 20 mins to bring out a salad and water and they didn’t give a straw or put in the right dressing that was on the receipt. I have a dairy allergy so I can’t have the buttermilk ranch. One of the receipts was also IN the salad. Normally I would’ve checked the bag before but I was frustrated from waiting when there was hardly anyone there so I left right away. Don’t bother ordering curbside and check the bag.
Whataburger is a family favorite. The last time we went, the staff was friendly; They had a great attitude. They took our order correctly, cooked it perfectly and served it to our table. They also had a tray with condiments and napkins. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and that's a plus.
Great food, good service, nice and cool atmosphere, and a great place to eat.
My family loves Whataburger and we have eaten at many all over Texas. If you love the way your favorite sandwich tastes, you know that sandwich will taste the same at every Whataburger. At this Whataburger, our first visit ever, the burgers were tasty as we expected, but very messy as if they added too much "special sauce" making it impossible to keep the sandwich from sliding apart. Very unusual from our favorite burger stop. ???? I recommend asking for less "special sauce" and that's what I will do when I revisit. ENJOY!
They always get something in the order wrong
Food is never ready when the app tells me to pick up by a certain time you still have to wait for it to be made
So if you're Ina rush don't bother
One if favorite fast food restaurants. Food and service always good. Would return for sure.
