Best WLM Reviews
The manager Shay here is absolutely amazing. She was so sweet and attentive to our needs. It seems small, but we really appreciate her smiling joyful self. Plus this whataburger is the best in Tyler. Very consistent!
First they charged 25.00 for grilled chicken sandwich we had to. Run back because they forgot it. Second my BBQ chicken sandwich was awful ols oil soggy toasted bread they threw sauce on was unedible. Terrible service.
Great people always makes you feel welcome good service everything is always clean very well taken care of
They are very slow in the mornings even when there are no customers. They leave you in the drive thru for too long and you stand at the counter waiting to order while the workers just stare at you. They won't see me again!
Staff was Incredibly hospitable! Let them know it was my 1st visit to a Whataburger. Oddly enough both I and one crew member went to Marion Harding High School (Go Prexies) and both wound up in TX that day which happened to be my birthday! Food was hot a delicious, shakes were Fantastic but bot too thick to clog the straw. Friendliest crew I've had the pleasure to be served by. Hi fives for everyone recommend raises and PTO. Thanks for making my birthday memorable! Tasty, quick made to order and Incredibly friendly.
Great place when you got 20 bucks and the munchies at like 1 or 2, then 3, and definitely at 6 when you're running a little late for work! Just ask for the Lil Gary special, and they'll go extra fast because if you lose your job, you damn sure can't eat a juicie fresh made Whataburger!
Most excellent Whataburger location!! This review is for the convenience store/gas station as well ... extremely clean, incredible & super polite employees, bathroom amazing. Food was excellent.
Waited at the counter with multiple customers, while employees kept walking past us without notice. I think the idea was we would turn around and use the self check out option, I'm not one of those people who will settle to use a machine. The cost of the meal takes peoples wages into consideration, if we are removing people's jobs by having the customer place their own order the price would need to drop to represent that. Self checkout doesn't equal ignoring the customer
