My family did a chicken strip revue of multiple restaurants around Marshall. Whataburger scored low overall, but it was my favorite! The flavor was above average, and the texture was top-notch.
The service was a bit slow compared to other spots we included even though we ordered ahead; we waited about 6-10 minutes, so it still wasn't that bad.
This Whataburger is great, the staff is friendly, the food is delicious and hot, the order was correct, and the place was clean.
I come into town for work and always stop off there to grab food. The drive-thru is always busy, the person taking the order is nice and the food and milk shake are on point. This last time the burger was just a tad salty but matched with a milk shake made it all good.
Another online order. Put in at 11:50. Supposed to be ready at 12:05 to 12:10. Dine in. My wife and i walked in at 12:05 and told counter help i was there for on line order. She went back and checked and advised they were working on it. We got our drink cups and went and sat down. I stopped the counter help at 12:20 and asked where my order was. It was brought to us at 12:25. Problem was that the wifes burger was cold to the touch... fries were hot and my patty melt was warm. They need to work thier system better. This was at a second store because our usual store was just as bad. Seems if you want all your food hot, dont use online ordering
The wait in the drive-thru was 25 minutes. The food was inedibly salty, like someone had knocked over the salt shaker onto my hamburger. I discovered this after driving down the highway on my 150-mile journey home. I couldn't eat the food, and I didn't want to turn around and go back to wait another 25 minutes for them to *hopefully* get it right. Never had a bad experience at a Whataburger until now. Please improve, Whataburger Marshall, TX.
Ordered a Cobb salad it was nice cold and fresh tasting …. My hubs ordered chicken sandwich and onions rings which came out piping hot … not thrilled with the tea being limited at night but food was great … store was clean at 9 pm and the workers was laughing and talking which makes for a good night for them and with all the extra smiles is good service
We came here, got a #5 and a honey bbq jr sandwich… after we ate I placed an order for a cinnamon roll, a cookie, and a brownie… we told them we were waiting on the order, they said it’d be out, cool. 20 minutes later, multiple employees walked past us standing at the counter, nobody once asked us what we needed. Finally 30 minutes later and we finally got our desert.
This store has the NICEST employees! We were traveling from TX to FL and stopped in because we love Whataburger. The food is always good, but this particular store impressed us with their genuine and friendly staff. Thanks, y'all, for making us smile! ❤
