You have about a 50-50 chance of getting your order correct. if you order a number one with cheese you may get no cheese plus add bacon. Bear in mind I was the only person in the Drive-Thru
Whether you get your food fast and hot, or wait 30 minutes to get it cold, is between them and God.
I have ordered on the app the past three visits. They always give me my food 20-30 minutes after it should have been done and its always cold as hell.
Unfortunately the a/c at this location was out so it was pretty darn hot. But I just wanted to say this gentleman name Albert literally just gave me the best Whataburger experience I’ve ever had in life. The food was literally amazing and it was all from him. Please give this man the proper treatment he deserves a raise or something cause that was more than just a good experience. It was the best dang fast food meal ive ever had cant stress that enough. Albert if you’re reading this by any chance thank you so much for that I will definitely be back! If I go back and he doesn’t know anything about my comment I’ll take it to corporate cause people need to know how amazing this was. That’s all folks

I understand the condiments but if I'm in the Drive-Thru can I please get some napkins!
Don't know if the lady at the drive thru was having a bad morning or not but not a good look to tell a customer rudely, "there's picante in the bag and here's your card." While shoving the bag in my hand and then slamming the drive thru window. I go to Whataburger frequently and this location didn't ask for a name for the order nor was a thank you for your visit given. May be the reason why only one other car was there at 10:37 a.m.

I was starving when I went in tonight and had a good long wait for my food as they were slamed.. my #3 combo was hot,yummy and well worth the 15 minutes I waited. I am going back,....soon & will surely enjoy it as much as all the times before. You should head up now as they are open 24/7 and tell em' Russell sent you.
Manager (older black woman) was making the whole process at the drive thru difficult for me and the girl working drive thru. It's already a long wait having someone clearly slowing and elongating through process helps no one. Girl at the window was really kind and great though.
This is their idea of a large fry and a large onion ring... not only do you get the privilege of waiting in line up to 40 minutes after placing your order to get your food they only fill the containers half full and the drinks are not much better. And all this for an outrageous price almost double what Sonic charges.
