The food was delicious! The lady with the pink hair, Shanda, was friendly and so sweet! She cared about our service and she was nice to talk to. Will highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
Seriously need to improve in drive through service, especially at night. horrible, takes at least 30min to get my order. This is not first time, I experienced it many times. Please get it done. Thank you.
The breakfast taquitos are always threw together I feel like. Never fresh. Always seems to be old eggs. Every order I get from this whataburger they always mess it up. They Forget to give me my hash browns or sometimes the taquito. Really could do better!
Been a long time since i had Whataburger. Avo bacon sandwich burger was soooo good! Nice change from standard fast food burger. My standard of a burger is messy is a good thing, but when I'm driving it cant be. And it was well put together. So bravo.
They gave me the wrong order and punished me for it . I'm just in shock ???? saw the gm bigger sized male walking around proud about it. I work at a fast food restaurant now and already know whataburgers procedures, and this is what they gave me . Meat undercooked (probably the meat that they put aside for size chili) . Cheese on the bottom bun . Thats ok I'm going to cooperate.
I asked for a number 7. I was asked if I wanted cheese and responded no, I just the number 7 the way it comes.
Then I was asked if I wanted everything on it like I didn’t just say the way it comes.
And comedy routine he asked if just wanted the combo, at this point a woman (who also works there steps up and says we have to ask) . My question at this point is why do you have a menu?
She was quite rude and was apathetic.
I will never dine there again
Food would be better if I could get full. Asked for 2 patty melt and got 2 double patty burgers with tomatoes which my husband is allergic to. Learn to read the ordered correctly already
This used to be our favorite restaurant when we lived in Texas. So we were excited to eat here while we were traveling. WHAT HAPPENED???
Restaurant dirty, unfriendly employees. Fries were dead & cold. We got a double ... one patty was warm & one patty was cold. Not much taste. We both threw our food away. Left hungry.
The shakes and drinks were good
