Employees too bust talking. Got my order wrong. Was not plain. Mad tomato,mayo on it. It was a plain chicken sand order combo meal. Definitely need some good corporate texas Employees to show them how to run a store.. Sat in the dar corner and felt like I was in a hen house. Employees should do less talking and more listening to the customers. Not busy at all here. I would go to olive garden. My normal spot.
We went here after a concert. I believe our server was a manager his name started with a “S”. He was wonderful. Our food was fresh, hot and crispy all served with a smile. The service was excellent and fast! The best service in a long time. When they forgot a sauce, i politely asked and he got it and the guy in the back (guessing an assembly) apologized through the window. 10/10 recommend in all things. After a bad experience at KK this was absolutely wonderful. Kudos to managers and employees at this location.
I'm a sucker for burgers. My wife did say her burger was cold and she has enjoyed in the past so it could have been this location or a one off.
Horrible. Mess your order up 3 times within two weeks and are stingy and standoffish about making it right. For what they charge for this colon cancer breeding slop, they should kiss your feet if you have a problem. They charge too much, mess your order up and basically steal your money, then you have to FIGHT to get them to make it right. Horrible. Gonna have to contact corporate I guess. I should have a huge gift card for all the gas I've wasted alone getting orders fixed.
It’s on a Saturday Morning around 8a.m. I pull up to the drive thru, 4 vehicles in front of me . I wait approximately 7-8 minutes which is good no problem, but in that time you can cook a fresh egg (5 minutes ) and a fresh cooked piece of sausage (6 minutes) and toast the bread on the grill for (4 minutes) add egg and sausage to the bread and add cheese and wrap Breakfast On a Bun
Just that simple: So to the Manager why would you allow your employees to serve any thing less to your customers
Especially something pre cooked and sitting up under a lamp or a warmer
Have some pride in what you do and serve people like you would like to be served
For me you will not get that chance again with me
Ate there the other day they had some new chicken sandwiches that were pretty good and of course the banana pudding milkshake was off the chain. I always found Whataburger be pretty good most of the time. go check them out. like I said, the banana pudding milkshake that got right now is off the chain. just a little heads up, they're coming out with some kind of raspberry chocolate one soon so keep an eye out for it. The absolute worse experience and the GM just need to go ahead and retire. I ordered for delivery because I am at work and cannot leave. An hour later my order still hasnt been picked up so I call the store and the GM answers. He explains to me that my food is not in the warmer so he doesnt know what happened to it that i need to contact corporate. I contact corporate just to get a message saying they will contact me in a few days. I called back and the GM said either I can cancel it or he can TRY to get someone to deliver it. DO NOT recommend this location at all !
This is the best one in Pensacola. The food was fresh. I have been to other Whataburgers, and it is a hit or miss. This one is consistent. The staff was very friendly.
