For a whataburger this location was one of the best I’ve been to lately. Since the family that started the business sold out I’ve been disenchanted with the new owners and the differences I’ve experienced. I was happy to have a burger that was hot and fresh like it used to be and the fries were hot and fresh. The last few times I have been the burgers have all been lukewarm at best and the fries were not hot but warm. I had stopped going to whataburger and decided to give it a try again and this time I was happy I did. I will definitely give this location another try.
Good food, usually a little busy but they still get to you in a Simi quick manner. The only thing is that they have forgotten things that I ordered probably twice but it was small things like ketchup or gravy. Still very nice people though!

This rating is because: The speaker is awful in the drive thru. Even when you speak loud they can't hear very well. So this morning I got a bacon, egg, cheese bisquit with a side of sausage gravy and a small coffee. The gravy was from the bottom of the container very very thick and looked old, usually it's more creamy. The coffee was old also. Very bitter. This was a very bad experience for me in Wichita Falls Texas Location Kemp and southwest parkway.
I think Wichita Falls Resturant fast food or other need to hire people that want to really work and be proud they got the job. I'm retired now. I loved my jobs I had in my adult life
Tried ordering an item off the menu, they couldn't seem to grasp what I was ordering. Had to repeat myself multiple times, and while trying to explain it different ways, in hopes they'd understand. Then after they understood, I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come outside to give another customer their order. We asked what was going on with our order, the manager had no idea what happened or where our food was. So we got a refund.
I eat this place just about every night and I’ve notice a few things odd but the # 1 problem I’ve run into is the lack of care given to my food when the old lady with the different colored shirt is there. Any time she’s there I always seem to have something wrong with my food whether it be wrong drink, wrong things in my burger, ect.. today however was especially bad. I had ordered 2 medium fries and a medium chocolate milkshake. The first thing they tell me is that they have run out of the syrup for the shakes and then only offer to replace it with a large fountain drink. This was ok with me and not that big a deal but I get home only to realize the 2 sauces I had paid 80 cents each for were not there. Again not a big problem but in the big scheme of things it’s become a trend every time I notice this lady working other than that most of the time food is great and never any problem ever
Always good, no matter where you're at. I was busy but it didn't take long for me to get my order.
I love Whataburger!! The team member Makayla on Southwest Parkway in Wichita Falls Rocks! She is very friendly and always has a smile on her face.
