Ordered thru Uber eats. The food was cold, the soft drinks I got were awful. I ordered a Sprite and it wasn't. The Sprite was a different color ,it was flat. The Dr pepper was watered down. Didn't taste like Dr pepper. I ordered a cookie and it wasn't in the bag. Toast bread was cold. All the food was cold. Do better WHATABURGER!
It seems like every time I visit this particular Whataburger, they mess up my order. I ordered 5 Whataburgers with cheese—3 all the way with cheese and 2 with just meat and cheese. When I got my order, every burger was plain! After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru, I expected my order to be correct. I went inside to complain, but I ended up keeping the plain burgers because I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix it. Paid $33 for my order !
Ridiculous. I bought 3 number 13's which is 3 piece tenders. Got have opened mine and only had 2 and a small piece! Are they really that incompetent to count that as a tender??? Then I called and spoke with manager Gaby who asked me to go back and get my one piece of tender? Not going to this whataburger ever again.
I come here with my grandparents (now my grandpa). The staff are friendly, and the music in the restaurant is appropriate and casual.
AGAIN a delivery order here was wrong. These workers are IDIOTS AND CAN NOT READ. I ordered ONION RINGS not FRENCH FRIES. LEARN TO READ!!!!!
I ordered a double meat. They sent a single and the cheese was not melted. The workers here are ILLITERATE.

Do not stop at this Whataburger unless you have an hour to kill. This is the second time I stopped. Thought I would give them one more try. I’ll drive 20 minutes to get to a different Whataburger, I recommend you do too over 30 minutes in the drive-through lane. I stopped at 11 o’clock. Well before lunch rush. Had to go in to get my order.
We were greeted at the counter quickly. The tables were cleaned and ready as busy as they were.
