Absolutely disgusting. the girl in the back threw out food around. The fries were stale and gross from sitting. My order was made incorrectly so they gave me the same sandwich back, slapped raw cheese on it and threw it in the bag, didn’t even fold the wrapper.
I recently visited Whataburger and had a delightful experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by the cashier, Michael, whose friendly demeanor immediately set a positive tone for my visit. He was efficient in taking my order and made sure to answer any questions I had with a smile.
The crew leader, Natalie, was also outstanding. She managed the team with remarkable poise and ensured that everything ran smoothly despite the busy atmosphere. Her attentiveness to both the staff and customers was evident, and it was clear that she played a crucial role in maintaining a high level of service.
My interactions with the manager, Jasmine, were equally pleasant. She was visible on the floor, assisting her team and checking in with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Her proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant impact on the overall dining experience.
The food, as always, was delicious. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the fries were hot and crispy. The restaurant was clean, and the service was prompt, all contributing to an excellent visit.
Overall, the combination of delicious food and outstanding service from Michael, Natalie, and Jasmine made this Whataburger visit memorable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service.
Went by this morning for breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage egg cheese burritos. Parked out front to eat, Good thing I did cause 2 bites in I noticed there is no cheese! No big deal, I take them my bag of food and say these were supposed to have cheese.
What I didn't expect for them to add cold slices of cheese to a half eaten burrito and hand it back to me.. very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I gave them 2 star because I got food in timely manner and it was a decent size burrito. They did not skimp which I appreciate.
But to top it off as I'm eating cold cheese I find a hair in the burrito. Definitely ruined my appetite and couldn't finish my food! I cannot make this up so I took some photos to show what I went through this morning.
Whataburger is one of our favorite fast food places. This was the worse one we ever been to. We waited an unusually long time and the food was cold when we did get it.
I seriously do not understand how hard it is to have an order ready, 3 times now I have ordered curbside delivery and 3 times now I had to wait for my order to be ready! I do curbside delivery because supposedly it’s quicker to grab your meal n enjoy it on your lunch break but I never have time to fully eat my lunch! Do better people!!!
I used to rate them a 1 because they took forever, and the food was meh. However, I recently had an issue with the online system sending my order to the wrong store, and the GM Robert and his staff went above and beyond to help fix the issue, and the food was perfect. Will definitely give them my business.
Poor service. Girl at the window was rude taking our order, was rude while handing us our food. My tea was warm and gritty, like the sugar hadn't melted all the way. When I asked the girl for a replacement she was rude. Do not recommend going here!
Good size for being attached to a gas station. Wheelchair ♿️ friendly. High chairs for the babies. Full menu available. I didn't give 5 stars because they got my order wrong. We were so hungry I just ate what they gave me. Very friendly staff.
