Best WLM Reviews
Very bad experience here. Two of my friends ordered chicken strips and both of them came out uncooked as you can see in these pictures. The lady we spoke with at the desk had an attitude, not wanting to give us a refund at first. Finally we received our refund after continuously telling her no we do not want a replacement. Make sure you check your food before eating here.
This place is full of unorganized people serving old lettuce, and pieces of tomato that look like they came off of somebody else’s burger not to mention I got ajalapeño I didn’t know number ones had jalapeño!!!!
We came Friday night and ordered at 6:21. We did not receive our food until 6:54. I even went to the counter to ask about our food due to being so long and because people after us were getting food. The ice machine had no ice so you had to wait in the line just to ask for them to get you ice. The Dr. pepper wasn’t working. The service was awful. They cared more about the door dashers than actually people who choose to come eat in their restaurant. Absolutely won’t be eating there again.
we had a great experience here!! the operating partner is really nice, we enjoyed talking to him. the food was great, they listened to the accommodations on my order which is quite rare for fast food. they were also quick with preparing our order even though we have a big family. this location was very clean and well kept. we will be back for sure!! :)
I love the Whataburger menu. The food is second to none. However, this location is slow. I have been here twice in the summer/fall of 2023 and the wait time for my order was over 20 minutes each time. They were not overly busy either. I suggest driving to the next closest location. You will still save time and have your food sooner.
If you are going to have fast food, Whataburger is the best. The restaurants are always clean and the service is outstanding. Their burgers are tasty without being grease laden. The lettuce and tomato garnish is always fresh and crispy. I also appreciate that the default sauce is mustard.
If I could leave a negative review I would! We waiting an hour for our food. At the hour mark we went to the counter to ask for a refund but waited 10 minutes for someone to come talk to us. The only reason someone came up to us is because our food was finally ready. We mentioned we had been waiting an hour and no apologize or recognition at all. The employee just asked of we would like ketchup...our food was for here but they had it bagged as a to go order. We also realized that we did not receive our ranch which they make us pay for... The employees were also arguing with each other that could be heard in the lobby. I understand being busy but the customer service at this location was so poor that we will never return to this location.
6:30 AM, I'm the second of 2 cars in the drive through with an empty parking lot and it still takes 10 min to get through. AND they placed the breakfast platter on-end in the bag so the food's all folded up in a mess. I know this place sucks so I usually avoid it but they should've been able to succeed in this case.
