We typically do drive-through and occasionally dine in. This locations food is decent. It's not the best Whataburger, but not the worst either. This location half the time messes up the drive-through order, after waiting 3 business days in line to get it. And what's the deal with no napkins sometimes?!

Fries are awesome though, and the #22 with sausage is tasty and always consistent which is odd. Maybe they come prepackaged lol
The best burger chain here in San Antonio.
This store is always pretty clean, never used the restrooms but I bet they are pretty typical for fast food restaurants.
The floor wasn't sticky which is nice and the music playing over the speakers was nice.
Staff is cordial and helpful and the food is made fast just like you ordered it.
Lately, me and my mom have been having bad experiences at this restaurant location. For a while, we stopped coming here.
The reason being is, well this might sound weird, but we feel the people here like the cooks and staff don't like us.
Me and my mom always order the same thing, why? Well that's our business.
We feel this restaurant has taken it personal that we order the same thing, and several times, they have messed up on our orders, and our orders I will say are very simple, very simple, we don't order a darn buffet for Christ sake lol.
Today we tried this place again, and the cashier had a surprised look on her face when she saw us again, and at the same time, a dislike look.
Like I said, I know it sounds weird, and I'm not crazy, I saw it on her face, her eyes spoke it.
Then my sister made a comment, she said, "Maybe she gave y'all that look because she's wondering why y'all still going there knowing they don't like you".
Hmm, well that could be, I don't know.
Oh and the last time my mom ordered a unsweet tea, it tasted like pee, like somebody peed in it, it had a strong mango taste.
So, this is my review of this location, hopefully management does something about this because this isn't right and too it just seems here they care more about making money than making sure the customers are happy.
I think management here needs to put their employees under review or something, not to get them fired no, but to look at the work they're doing, another words, watch them, making sure the orders are correct and all the food is in the bag, nothing is missing.
I hope something changes.

Delicious patty melt meal. yum, yum, yummy! The staff was nice and I got my food quickly! I love that asked me more than once if I wanted ketchup, this shows that they are on top of things!
I was hungry today. I fasted yesterday and this morning so I could get some lab work done. I like Whataburger and select this chain over all others. Today, I had accumulated reward points for free food items. Using the Whataburger app, I ordered pancakes, hash brown sticks and a vanilla malt for breakfast using my points for pick up at a Whataburger along my driving route back home. I dined in. This store was 1) friendly 2) respectful 3) clean 4) efficient and 5) served me a good, fresh, warm meal and well-blended malt. I recommend this store.
Put in my mobile order when I was across town, set it for a certain time. When I arrived at that set time, I waited less than 2 minutes and they brought the order to my vehicle. Fast and prompt, wasn't missing any napkins or condiments.
We just got out of the drive thru line and had one of the worst experiences, when we arrived the lines were empty, there was only one car at the window in the first row and we lined up in the second row since it was easier due to the direction we were going, no one took our order, we thought maybe it was damaged but why not give us a notice that it wasn’t working, we decided to wait a bit and we saw how other vehicles lined up in line one and had their orders taken, 3 cars in total were enough to change lines and as we turned around another 3 lined up when we had been the first to arrive, when we finally got to the window we told the girl at the window about our displeasure and she just told us that she had no idea, instead of saying that they could give us a notice that the second line wasn’t working or that there was no staff for that, something like that. In the end, our order took much longer than usual and they didn't even give us ketchup. 40 minutes waiting for such bad service. I will definitely not return to this location.
Had a good approach with Fernando at the drive through took a lil sis in law and pets out for a bite and had a great complimentary rootbeer and conversation. Definitely a good visit tonight. Good job Fernando and what’s burger
