Drive through Wait time (after ordering) was over 15 min! I don’t know if this was an off day but I can’t take a chance in the future. It appeared well staffed so not sure what happened. They’re wasn’t any comp for waiting or any serious concern so it must be norm?
It’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Now the but, my wife ordered the chili cheese fries. Big disappointment it was just ground up beef with no flavor and super dry. I asked why so dry and if could have a bit more but with some consistency. I was told that’s how it’s made. ????. They did give me a little more on the side me thinking it would be a little more juicy but no same thing. The funny part is that it tasted like chorizo. The burgers were ok a little short on the toppings but ok . My side of fries were extremely salty didn’t even eat them. So over all it’s probably a hit n miss type of place to eat.
Whataburger what planned on being just a simple trip to grab a quick bite to eat for a late night snack since everything else was closed was quickly turned around from a okay night to a great night thanks to Jeff. I can't explain exactly what I felt when I first heard him intrigued confused happy? His tone set him apart kind of you had to be there to experience a true glory It was great talking with him he even recommended the two for $6 brownies I was a little skeptical at first but he described them as "delightful" and boy he was spot on thanks to Jeff he changed my whole night around changed my attitude and food tasted great as well The only downfall out of all of it was I asked for spicy ketchup but unfortunately they forgot but it was also 2:00 a.m. with four people in the drive-through line so not that big of a deal with that being said I would 100% return time after time as long as Jeff is working thank you Jeff for the unique outstanding experience

First time at this Brand New location.
The building and layout seems to be function and appealing to the eye!
Beautiful design scheme and interior color pallet!
I noticed that they have a ton of staff working.
We spoke to a manger, he was very informative, knowledgeable, made some good recommendations, and provided overall Amazing Customer Service.
Now onto the food ???? we ordered the double burger, patty melt, fries, and drinks.
The double Burger ???? honestly for us lacks the flavor we expect from a burger. It was on the dry side, but it was BIG ???? and expensive!
The patty melt surprisingly was delicious ????. Great ratio of cheese to meat. It was also expensive!
The fries ???? are thin and average at best.
We ordered the XL drink ????, Holy Cow ???? it’s so big that you can swim in it!
Let’s talk about the Value, EXPENSIVE!!!
$20 for a burger, patty melt one fries, and a drink!!!
What I did like a lot was their Spicy Ketchup and Creamy Pepper sauce!

I don't usually change ratings once they are up. This one is different!
I was here for There grand opening and service, food and atmosphere were great. I have been here 2 times since. Once they forgot my order they said or accidentally gave it to some in the drive thru. They offered to make the food again and it was good even if it was a 30 min wait from the time we first ordered.
This is the 2nd visit info, I was hoping they got better. No such luck.
We ordered are food with no one in the drive thru or inside besides us and 5 workers.
We ordered food and waited. 2 customers ordered after us and received their food. We asked about ours and they said they had not forgotten about us.
We did receive our 3 burgers 22 mins later. Can't feel good about spending my money here. I will still frequent other Whataburgers but done with this one.

Yes!!!! Another Whataburger!!! I Love thier green Chillis they put on the burgers. This packs a punch that is a taste sensation.
They have something for everyone and they are expanding big time in the greater Phoenix area.
Go check them out and see what you think. Just go! Your gonna Love it!!
The burger was ok, the fries were old and sucked, the onion rings tasted like they were fried in old oil. The food was way too expensive. Over $17 for a burger, small fries, and med. onion ring. This was my second time trying them and the first time was even worse. But I was willing to give them a second chance. NEVER AGAIN!!
Ordered at the drive through. Couldn’t here the attendant, my double burger only had 1 patty.
My son’s meal didn’t come with fruit or a drink, and the fries tasted like they were 3 days old from a freezer. Will not be returning! And none of the burgers had cheese!
Ordered a simple breakfast in the drive thru. Had to call the store 15 minutes later to finally get my food. No apology from the person on the phone or the person who brought my food. Food was not hot, but not yet cold.
