11•4•24 been a while since I've been here ordered the #8 with avocado wasbgreat made hot and ready thank you whataburger for my hot meal. Because when I emphasize hot they bring it hot not ready. Came on my lunch hour so it was a busy day.
So I come in before breakfast is over waited 10 to 15min in line outside in drive thru all that wait for a COLD, Hard bread Meal was aweful what is wrong you still can't get it to Par. Not to mention, I called back and horrible answers from management, no skills. Says idk Ma'am they just take orders Outside ???? what does that have to do with my only Order of the biscuit egg and sausage being stiff as a rock and cold. All that waiting for a cold meal, seriously?? Man, Whataburger, get your stuff in Gear. This is just as bad as last time with skinny tacos. You all need a 101 training, or yall obviously don't care about your customers, and of course, you don't because you're not the one paying, but I guarantee you if rolls were switched, you to be upset. For what you paid, instead of eating a good meal, you get upset and ruin your appetite for a horrible meal. Get with it guys here is a vid damn bread is Hard.
Well, I came in for a late dinner , and thank you for my jr. Burger guys are well made and especially HOT!. As i like it, The breakfast was good. I'm glad they brought the jalapeno biscuits thats always good. Thanks for that. Well I can't really say much but I'm disappointed for my breakfast. I guess you all need 101 again. Or is this how you make your own breakfast tacos for yourself? I think NOT! So, really, guys... this is egg and sausage. Seriously, come on now who you are kidding, obviously me because it was a pick-up, and this is what I got. I don't need to say much the pictures speak for itself. I'm not happy, or i dont think any other customer would be either. Where is the egg and sausage sheesh!.
Please pay attention to your orders. They stole from my big order. They gave me half of my food. Did not notice until my coworker told me she was missing items on her order. Go somewhere else. We pay high price for their food and get robbed too.

The food is always great! There is not enough seating during noon time. The drive thru needs to be faster during peak hours.
The place looked clean, and the service was good but the restaurant smelled weird.
We ordered 3 burgers, only one was as we ordered (#1), one was incomplete (#7) and one, the new "Chili Cheese Burguer" was a joke, just check the photos, no chili, and only a few corn chips and no crispy onion.
If you go for take-out, always check your order before leaving the restaurant.
seems like most whataburger restaurants are on a steady decline. This restaurant was fair in general. however, they did take some time to get my wife a coffee she ordered but that's what happens when the person up front has to serve, take customer orders and perhaps even do some cleanup.
Order took extremely long for 2 biscuit combos. People that ordered after us were already eating. When I asked ....they apparently forgot to prepare it. Crew lead moved.....super slow....
The burgers were tasty, but we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food, only to find out they didn’t customize our order as requested (we asked for only mayo).
