Went for a late dinner, piece was packed and drive thru was also, we opted for curbside. Food came out fairly quick, and it was hot and fresh.

Yesterday I had the most awful experience with whataburger CROSBY , I got the patty melt which i've been getting for years & it just got ruined completely. I will no longer enjoy a burger again at whataburger. This is unacceptable never thought it would come to this. Never going back again in my life. The managers should have better supervision of the workers making the food. I know that Dr Phill will never allow this , very disappointed.
Ordered online to save time. I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally someone arrived with 4 large drinks I didn’t order. Doesn’t let me know when or if the rest of my order would be ready. Apparently, my order was given to someone else by mistake. Fine, it happens. All they had to do was explain the situation. But instead they let me hang out at the curbside pick up area for nearly 40 minutes while I watched all the drive through orders pick up and drive away. Do better, man
For a fast food restaurant the food is great@ especially the hotcakes and sausage. Biscuit and gravy, and the Biscuits are 2nd to none. And if you like French vanilla cream for your coffee, they have it. And great burgers. And yall have to try the Onion Rings. They are awesome!
went to this location with my boyfriend and it was so good! i’ve never been before and the service was amazing. got extra fries that were super fresh and was instantly brought napkins when mentioning to my boyfriend how i needed some after spilling my milkshake. even though the restaurant had a lot of kids working there, they were super sweet and even brought us extra ranch (both reg and jalapeño) because “i didn’t know if you both wanted some”. such a great place to stop by i would definitely recommend :)
Got our food fast, and it was fresh and hot. The fountain drinks were good as well.
The only thing was when they brought the food, they forgot to bring the kastup.
Done with this place.
This location can never get a drive thru order correct.
Just got a sweet tea with my order, first one was nasty and not sweet at all, second one has absolutely NO ICE and is warm.
Not acceptable in Texas. Period.
Be warned.
When it’s good, it’s good, but drive through orders are often missing items. You end up paying for food you don’t receive.
