Horrable wait time you have to ask for them to repeat your order back to you at the speaker just so your order can still be incorrect I was parked in the outter lane, so the young lady who did come out she was very nice and she did apologize about the wait they still doesn’t justify the long wait time. I believe it was a kitchen issue. My Burger was incorrect was the extremely dry. I always Burger the same Burger every time that I go there and lately I’ve had issues so I will no longer stop at this location. It’s a convenience for me because it’s on my way home and you would think that you would get quality service being that they are off the freeway, but I guess that’s not the case management needs to be held accountable. If the head is not functioning, how do they expect for the body to function?
Mrs. Mariah (manager) & STAFF did an amazing job today. It was a 'kids eat free meal' day & it was busy, to say the lease. Everyone from the cooks, preppers, cash registers to the staff going back & forth with orders, to Santa & his elves (raffles) did amazing! Thank you All for your quickness & support!
Service and food are always wonderful, they keep up with the cleanliness, everyone is always so nice and accommodating, and the food is always fresh and hot, never fails to satisfy my hunger 10/10 everytime at this location
I ordered a salad but not a salad with hair melted into the cheese on the lettuce. It was several strands which is Extremely gross ???? The cinnamon roll was stale also
The best Whataburger in all the world. What makes it great are the staffs. I can tell that there is a worker that has great experience in Whataburger's functions. My favorite order is Whataburger with extra mayonnaise & cheese, toast the bun. Sometimes I put the burger in the microwave to make the burger feel much more hot & juicy when eating. I am so happy I can order Whataburgers any time of the day(yes, even for breakfast).
Whataburger hands down has the worst fries of any fast food place. They are just as bad as the store brand "fast food style" french fries from the freezer section. I can't name a single fast food place with worse fries
Line too long. Service sucked. Was not friendly at all. Didn't not repeat my order back and didn't even get my order right. I ordered a #12 with cheese and 2 #7s with grilled onions add mayo one with no mustard.. They gave me 2 #12s and no cheese on my #12. The #7 was not right either and the fries was old and cold.
It was over 15 minutes since I ordered until I got my meal at the drive thru, awful drive thru service
