It seems it may be true that Whataburger has fallen off since the acquisition. I was looking forward to trying to Nashville Hot WhataWings but all I can say is "WhataDisappointment"!
As you can see, the sauce is not very well distributed and they should have taken notes from KFC and added pickles as per tradition. To add insult to injury, they gave us sweet tea instead of the unsweet that we ordered the app.
If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would. This order was through Uber Eats, and it was unexceptable. The food was so greasy that the bags were soggy. Everything was cold and had the taste of old burnt oil. This was the most disgusting thing I've ever received from Uber Eats. This location should not be up and running, serving food to even an animal. This Whataburger Mgr should be ashamed.
This was our first Whataburger experience and we enjoyed it. Fries were like McDonalds and burgers were large…make sure you ask for cheese though because that’s not standard. We tried the new Dr Pepper Shake and it was tasty as well. The dining room was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. They ring your food to your table and a condiment/napkin tray for convenience. Everyone liked their food and we would definitely return for a quick, fast-food meal.
Wow. We ordered 2 meals. They charged my card for $12.xx (apparently one customer’s card before us didn’t go through) the lady said it was the same price as one of the meal so okay, she just charged us for the other meal.
We got the order and one has a note “no onion, bacon” my husband said it’s ok let’s just go home (we drove 4hrs back and forth for an appointment so we’re already tired)
We got home and about to eat, turns out both our orders are wrong. They both gave us burgers. Instead of patty melt and chicken sandwich.
What if i ordered chicken because i dont eat pork/beef? And i got burger with bacon.
Please do better.
Worst experience I’ve had customer service was ridiculous rude. And how much mustard does a burger really need unless u ask for extra mustard
So I want a preface that I absolutely love this restaurant chain. Since I have moved to Texas It has become one of my favorite places to eat.
I go to this location 3 or 4 times a week coming home for late night shifts. It's one of the few places I can get real food real late.
That being said this is the 3rd time in 3 week I have ordered a "plain and dry" grilled chicken sandwich to find tomato on it. I am super allergic to it to the point I basically have to throw it out or I will start throwing up before I get home from my nightshade allergy.
I've only had this issue at this one location. I don't know if it is a training defect or what but if this happens again next week I'm probably not coming back.

Awesome delicious food at a good price, I need to pay this establishment another visit for an updated review. Staffing very helpful, friendly and attentive. Very busy but awesome service, my favorite stops indeed. Will be dropping by soon again for a new review on all of their services. Awesome sauce.
Ordered a number 5 and the burger was room temp and the cheese not melted. Whatasized my meal also and my fries were half filled. Service was not well and could use some customer service training. Sweet tea was good that was about it.
