*UPDATE* 8/2 - The drive through is awful! The time it takes, the set up, people driving in reverse just to leave. It’s one of the wildest drive through’s I’ve been in. Food is good and the people are great. But something needs to be done with the drive through experience. Makes you want to not come back.
Extremely clean with some excellent customer service! The burger itself was okay. Not bad, but not special. The fries are incredible. This is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I’ve ever been in. The mangers that do their rounds to check on the guests who dine in, so always appreciated. Would come back again!
I came in and TRIED to eat here!
I TRIED to order a #2 with cheese only ketchup mustard pickle tomatoe. However Braden couldn't not seem to punch in my order. He kept trying g to get me to figure out the items I didn't want on my order. I DON'T WORK HERE. I DONT KNOW WHAT COMES ON THE BURGERS !!!! I do know what I want on my order and I couldn't get that. He's the guy in the orange shirt in my review.
Needless to say I DIDNT GET MY ORDER AND LEFT HUNGRY I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE
The place itself was pretty clean including the bathroom.
Food was alright, as weird as it is to say there were too many toppings on the burgers making it overwhelming, but not terrible.
Service was great and the guy taking our order was very polite
The burgers were great! Some of the best burgers we've had! We also got the sweet potato tots and onion rings for sides. Both were delicious. The breading on the onion rings was a bit plain, though. Overall, it was a ogreat dining experience and will be going back in the future.
The food was extremely bland and the fries tasted like something from McDonald’s. I spent $15 and they wouldn’t even let me get 1 sauce for my order. McDonald’s is definitely better in most ways. The only good thing I have to say is about the size of their drinks, otherwise major fail. I was so excited to try it for the first time too
If I could give 0 stars I would. We USED to eat here once a week. Every now and then you wait and for 20 minutes and get cold food. Typically, it's not a big deal and they will get you fresh food. Who wants to pay 40$ for cold food. Today, our food was cold. The wings were so hard you couldn't bite them. The fries were ice cold. The lady on the register said they would remake it. Then, John comes out and says we are refunding your money. I said You don't have to do that I just want hot food and he said we aren't remaking it today and bye. Um, excuse me? How rude. I wasn't rude or unreasonable. I just wanted food that was hot. Times are hard for everyone and who wants to pay 40$ for cold food. I will NEVER step foot in their again.
Drive thru leaves much to be desired. There was one person in front of me and I spent 25 min. of my life waiting there.
When I got to the window, there were clearly 4 people standing around like this was some blessed establishment that needs not rush. Little kid at the window said it wasn't his fault.
At least act like you're busy or care about customers. This place sucks.
My wife and I went to the one in Republic and it was horrible.
This location was so much better.
1) The food was great, it was hot, fresh and well plated.
2) The service was absolutely perfect.
We were greater and our order was taken promptly.
3) The restaurant was clean, floors swept, tables clean, not just wiped off but cleaned with a damp towel.
We'll definitely be returning to this place.
