IF I CAN GIVE NO STARS I WOULD. We went through the drive thru second lane and ordered three basic meals at 6:02pm. It took the girl 5 minutes just to cash us out. We were in line for 40minutes( the first car in line). We asked the carhop how much longer on the food. We watched 5 cars leave from the first line and we still haven’t received our food. She comes back and say she doesn’t know they looking for MEAT!!! We handed her the receipt and asked for a refund. She goes back in the building, comes back out to bring two other vehicles behind us their food(people who oredered after us). After she gives them their food, she comes back to our vehicle and said “well do you just want the food, when I walked in there they were bagging your food.” (Let me add she’s talking when her hands and attitude.) we say okay, we get our food and the fries are STALE, the avocado bacon burger as NO bacon, all the patties of meat where torn to pieces on both jr burger and kid meal. THE SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS RIDICULOUS AND I LEAVE 2 MINUTES FROM THIS LOCATION THERE NO REASON IT SHOULD’VE TAKEN 40 MINUTES TO GET BACK HOME AND THE FOOD WAS OLD AND STALE AND PREPARED INCORRECTLY AND WITHOUT ANY REGARDS TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAS TO EAT IT.
Please check your food before leaving the drive through. I ordered the number five that comes with bacon. The burger literally only had a Pattie and cheese. They didn’t even add lettuce or tomato. Let alone the bacon. Total disappointment.
I didn't give a 5 because the chicken on the salad l. The meat is like gummy. Is my only complaining. All other food is good. I love the burgers and hot apple pie. The restroom clean and good parking lot.
I understand that working in the service industry can be challenging, but it’s important to treat customers with respect and kindness. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was disappointing.
It was a Sunday night, the drive-thru was closed, and the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. Despite this, the service I received from Jackeline was rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes repeatedly, both at me and other customers, and I noticed her using her phone while grabbing items from the seating area. To add to the frustration, not all the items I requested were included in my bag.
When I suggested informing customers about the soda machine not working properly, she didn’t acknowledge the comment and simply told me to have a good night. Clear communication and a basic level of courtesy would have significantly improved the experience.
I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing these issues and improving customer service moving forward obviously there is an issue at this location and I will not be returning.

The french fries were fresh but had way too much salt. My burger patties were not fresh, you can tell. Has potential. Put less salt on the fries. And give me fresh patties. Then that would make everything perfect. Cause they packaged my food perfectly, no messy burgers. They didn't forget anything. They were really nice.
I have avoided this Whataburger because of the poor reviews. I dined in for lunch today. There was a line but 2 cashiers working. The cashier was fast and friendly. My look arrived before I get my drink and washed my hands. My chicken sandwich was hot and my fries were fresh. The dining room and restroom were clean. This visit was better than most Whataburgers.
The line is always ridiculous, and ordering online doesn’t help. There’s typically only one lane open (late nights). This has been the norm consistently since they’ve opened. The employees are usually nice though. My wait was 35 minutes. This spot is not Fast Food ????????♂️
Update as of June 2024 : Not sure if someone got on them but they been utilizing the second lane even has someone out there taking orders going back and forth from lane to lane.
Just go to McDonald’s up the street if ima being honest. This drive thru is the worse. Why have two lanes when all you really cater to is the left lane literally. They have good days when they notice someone is in the right lane and it don’t take forever but if now it’s one lane and you be in it for about 25 mins
