It was an awesome meal
It was delicious eating those burgers ????
They were tender and juicy and they were big . A lot of food you get and the prices for the food are good. The sweet tea and the lemonade are super good. The young men that took our order was very pleasant and attentive with a nice smile. He took our order to our table and asked if we needed anything else. Most definitely we would come back over here.
Ordered 1 large fry. The fries were old hard and stale. I asked for fresh fries, waited a long time about 30 minutes just for 1 order of fries. That’s ridiculous. Horrible customer service extremely rude I come here all the time I’m never coming here again. I paid money and they refused to give me back my money or any food. They ignored me and I can see them all talking about me through the window including the manager. This crew needs to be fired. And they are racist because they didn’t treat any of the white customers like this while I was there.
I haven't been to a Whataburger since I moved from Texas and this location did not disappoint. Brionna the mgr was very welcoming, the staff friendly and the food was great. We ate breakfast there and got burgers to go and they packaged our burgers so we could put them in our cooler and take them with us. Very happy with my experience. 10⭐'s
It's just getting worse, more than it is better. You're always getting pulled up to wait, and your orders are wrong anyway! Then you call, and the manager catches tude for her mistake. Which is getting more and more as well. I ordered apple pies on another occasion, and they forgot to put them in the bag, so I called in. Hey, I ordered 4 apple pies, and they weren't in the bag. Come on back. I'll make it fresh now so they'll be ready when you get here. Piping hot and not done, they were horrible in the inside white raw goo. The pic is an example of 1 of their mistakes. we ordered cheese, with a slice of extra cheese, and didn't get cheese at all and was charged for sure

We have visited this take out several time during our trip to KC.
This one was to get Pancakes. WOW! My husband looked up which were the top 10 pancakes in chain restaurants and Whataburger and McD’s are neck and neck! And ya know, who ever does these surveys are damn right! This was all we got, pancakes. The are savory. You get 3. Not sweet like McD’s, which has a hint of sweetness. The syrup offset the savory which made them taste wonderful. And considering pancakes can be dense, these weren’t. You are given a considerable amount of butter and syrup. Us sparingly because they are super absorbent like tp! ha…ha…. I included bacon in my platter and it was disappointing because they gave me a strip and a 1/2. Should’ve gotten sausage. Only con. Just get the pancakes.
Overall: I’ll get them again when I’m near a Whataburger!
Got lunch at this location after shopping and was quite pleased with the speed and quality of service of the drive thru. The staff were extremely friendly and got the order right. It took a bit longer than I expected but not so long that I wouldn't come back. Location looked relatively new and was right by the main road and hard to miss. Bacon burger and fries were delicious.
Nasty place to eat at, had a sandwich and the bun had mold, how can't they see that?

This was my first dine-In experience with Whataburger and only my second time trying the food.
The restaurant was very clean and well kept, the staff were very professional and friendly.
I ordered the chicken sandwich combo and compared to other fast food restaurants this sandwich was in a class by itself.
