Today I visited this location with my kid and while their registers were out, the staff and manager handled the situation smoothly reassuring me and other customers that they would get to us quickly which they did. They were all working effectively and respectfully as a team to handle the technical issues which was nice to see. The staff gave us a free apple turnover for the wait which made my kid very very happy. Thank you!
I've gotten food from there, but always went through the drive through. We went inside to eat the other day, and I gotta say the place was spotless! Very clean and well organized. And the staff were all working hard and doing the best they could with the lunch rush. They had some Christmas decorations up, the food was good, nothing to complain about here!
They initially gave me the wrong order, but I went in and saw how packed they were and how many employees they had back there. The manager was so cool, calm, and collected. They corrected the order and them some.
I did see, however, the reason my fries are always cold.
The fry guy makes them in advance... a little too much in advance. Good job on making sure you have fries, but... they sit there for a long time before they're bagged.
Whataburger fries are the best. Stop serving them cold.
I love Whataburger, but this location has gone downhill lately. Tonight this restaurant is filthy. Trash on the floors and tables in most of the lobby. Dirty tables and the tea is ALWAYS empty anytime I come into this store. Makes you uncomfortable to eat when it’s this dirty. I hope management reads this and makes changes. There are three Managers here right now. One of them even walked through the lobby. I guess they think it looks okay.
Service was average, store was clean, food was not good. The gravy was watery and we drove the extra 15 minutes to this location for the B&G. Was very disappointed. Video shows all. This is what happens when Texas sells out to a Chicago company. Don't go here!!
For whatever reason, every time I go to this location past 10pm, my order is 95% wrong. Tonight I ordered a patty melt and a bacon blaze jalapeño double. Once I got home, I realized I got the order of the person behind me (two honey bbq chicken sandwiches). It’s really unfortunate since this is the closest location to me, but it’s a guessing game every visit. If you’re planning on visiting, I’d recommend physically opening up the food each time to ensure you got the right items.
whether 2am or 2pm this location always makes good food. sometimes drive through is long but it's worth it being one of the only 24-hr places I've found on the ne side. props to those who work here yall are awesome
I was very disappointed. This was the first time I've ever ordered from here, online. It said my order would be ready to pick up through the drive-thru in 10 minutes. I got there in almost exactly 10 minutes, then had to wait in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes. By the time I got home with my food, it had been about 50 minutes, and the food was ice cold, and very gross. I had one onion ring, and 2 bites of my burger, and just couldn't eat it. I'm not sure that I'll ever go back.
