This Whataburger gets everything right. Excellent execution and excellent service. We had our drive-through server running up and down in the pouring rain to make sure we got checked out efficiently.
Well done team.
Currently sitting in the line for 30 minutes, about 20 minutes waiting for food after they told us to pull up. They gave me a small drink when I asked for a medium. The staff was slow and stood around talking while holding our food. Also my box was like this when I got it. It wasn’t even super busy and there was a ton of employees in there so I’m not really sure what the hold up was.
Edit: Came back here again, but still slow service. I waited 15 minutes in curbside after the supposed order ready time. Then, they forgot one of our fries so I had to go in for that. After opening my avocado bacon burger, there was NO avocado on it…
My bacon cheeseburger was good! Highly recommend checking your order before leaving if not dining in a few of us needed corrections.

If I could give them zero Stars I would. The only reason I come here is because it's the only Whataburger in manor. They are always so slow, they're never happy to speak with you, and they get the food orders wrong! I did fast food I worked at Burger King, Subway, McDonald's, it's not rocket science. Put a smile on your face be nice to the customer get the sandwich correct you don't even have to do it very fast but you can't get it wrong every single time!
Food is pretty good if they get your order right. They tend to get orders wrong and take a very long time to make it. And I mean a VERY LONG TIME to make it. The customer service is pretty bad since it seems like none of the workers want to be there.
So if you REALLY like whataburger, then keep all this in mind when you order here. If you're looking for a quick bite then I suggest you avoid this place.
Great burgers at a decent price. For seniors on a budget you can get a great little burger fries and a medium drink for about 8 bucks! And if you're really frugal, share that with a friend! Clean bathrooms. Clean dining room, and friendly folks!
Drive thru line always takes forever but that Sweet & Spicy burger, adding lettuce of course, is totally worth the wait. Fries are hot and that's perfect temp for dipping them into a yummy vanilla malt! Whataburger is by far my favorite fast food place!
After 10pm drive thru is the worst thing ever!!! Waited 45min for a burger!! With only 5 cars in front of me. The line after I got my order was 18 cars. Poor people! The employees had a rude attitude, treating us like the were making us a favor for free. We are paying for our food! Come on! Anyways, go during the day. For management, hire more people to work night shift.
Please do not order online to pick up on drive thru, they will make you get off your car and pick it up inside; according to the high schooler attending the drive thru, it mixes up their orders! ????
