While working at LC Container, I stopped in on my way to pick up a customers container. When I walked in, I was greeted by the assistant manager, who was a lovely individual. She probably took my order and asked if there was anything special I’d like to do and I informed her, I made and they nailed it. I saw a couple other customers in the store with what looked to be orange shakes, and then I looked up on the menu board and saw there was a birthday cake shake for a limited time. I asked the assistant manager about it and she said it’s a promotional thing today they are free, but you have to order them online. She told me that she would add one to my order for me so I could try it one out to me relatively quick. My food was amazing exactly the way I ordered it faster than I expected. I was on the road heading towards my job overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend trying this location, the friendly people inside this place and customer service probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in a Whataburger in a long time thank you
Literally the slowest “fast food” every single time I come here. It doesn’t matter how many people are here, the time of the day, what I order, anything. I literally ordered fries and a drink with 1 other car in the drive through and several people seated inside and still ended up waiting 15-20 minutes.
Best Whataburger experience ever. The man taking order was so polite and he could understand me through the drive thru. The order was ready quickly and the hamburger was thick and the bread was fluffy, not smushed. The fries were fresh and salty. Keep doing what you are doing Alvarado and we’ll be back!
Food is usually good but the staff are always slow to deliver and often mess up. My mother had her order redone three times! I never go here unless a relative gives me gift cards - food is good but service is disappointing.
Waited 30 mins with literally 1 car in front of us. Waited for a kids tender and chicken sandwich. Definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here. I guess they’re short staffed?
Everytime I go to grab some food it's only a chicken and cranberry salad. It's either they forget the chicken and I'm half way home. Gotta turn around. I get crispy chicken and they'll throw grilled chicken on. The manager made me take that salad and wouldn't replace it. So I ate something I didn't want. This is the Whataburger on Main St in Cleburne TX. I refuse to go there. It's not that hard to make a chicken salad. Oh, and they give you half the lettuce. It's a miserable looking thing. Not worth the frustration.
My boyfriends family and I came in for a late lunch. My meal came correct but my boyfriend’s buffalo ranch sandwich. He asked for no buffalo sauce or ranch and his sandwich came WITH both sauces. Other than that the food was typical whataburger quality. BUT, there were SO many CRICKETS ????. There was one in the men’s restroom and at least 5 in the dining area. One jumped on our table and near my food. A fellow customer waiting for his order came over to pick it up and put it in the trash!
From out of town this is by far the best Whataburger I’ve came across the service was great cashier, manager other employees well mannered food came out fresh and fast I was very impressed.
