This why we give these small restaurants a bad name. Especially these two idiots who parked in spots only for “Online Orders/ Curbside Pickup”. If you do grab food food from this location just do pick up or drive thru. Don’t bother doing online orders or curbside pickup it’s not worth it. Unless arriving at an earlier time. Sadly customer service is gone, a young gentleman named Sebastian almost gave me the wrong order instead of my order. Just overall disappointing.
Horrible basically every time I go here. Go down the road by bass pro. Worth the 3 minute drive. Consistently giving out unsweet instead of sweet tea, honey mustard instead of honey butter, and by the time I get through the line my lunch break is practically over. Fast food my a** ????
This has to be the worst location I ever been to. Waited 30 min for cold food and they was not even busy. I ordered tenders and my tenders was overcooked and tasted like grease. My wife ordered a triple meat sandwich and they did not properly prepare that sandwich cold meat and topping was just thrown on it any kind of way. Get workers and a manager that care about people food and hospitality.
This place was clean. Food was fresh and hot! Travis at the register was super friendly and helpful. Took the food back to the Gaylord and it was still really warm. We really enjoyed our meal. Thanks Whataburger!
I ordered food from this location after not eating all day. I went 2x in less than an hour. The first time i called and complained because i was given old fries and chicken strips so i went back to have it remade and it was just as gross the oil was old and you could taste it in the food the toast didn't even taste good either... i dont care that i was given coupons (free whataburger with the purchase of fries and drink) it doesn't make up for it. I honestly prefer my money back ???? i was also here last friday picking up an online order that took twice the time, when I ordered i was 15mins from the location when I pulled up i waited over 30min, there was all kinds of nonsense going on ????
They were not ready for the wave. They did however fixed the meal mistakes, but it took a while. I understand, though, because now a days you can't really seem to get great service anywhere. Everyone is tired and trying to survive.
Asked for light ice see pic. Almost no drink after ordering a large.
Took 15 mins to get my meal while being the only person in the drive-through. One I got my food the fries were barely warm and so was my burger. It's a shame how far this brand has fallen.
