I have been to this Whataburger 3 times and every time I’ve had cold food. The cheese on my burger wasn’t even melted & the bun was ice cold like they just took it out of the fridge. Whataburger is one of my favorites- but not this location. I will not go back
Went through the drive thru at night w/ my wife. When we got home the fries were still hot. Thanks for the Hot fresh order of fries. Hot fresh order of fries and consistency is what makes Whataburger #1 in my book. Anyone not making sure the fries are made to order should be terminated.
Whataburger makes a serviceable spicy chicken sandwich. It wasn’t huge, but suffices for a dinner when I wasn’t very hungry. It was surprising that they charged for barbecue sauce with their fries.
Moved to this side of town and this is the closest Whataburger to us now. I'm so sad because we don't want it all the time but when we do it's never good from this location. You can tell their grease is always old and they don't change it out. The burgers are always over cooked. The fries always taste old. Waste of money from this location at least. We've dined in and done drive thru with same result both long wait.

Took 8 minutes to go through the drive thru and put my hash browns upside down. They were all joking around in the background
Horrible service. Ordered hot and spicy burger and this what i got. Other burgers in my order were cold. Called to complain and “manager” basically calling me a liar. So pulled up and had my order remade. Rude lil kids working the registers not paying attention to orders that are ready. Will never go back to this location.
ordered onion rings and they didn’t put them in the bag the first time, had to go back around and get them. paid $5 for this and for them to not even fill it up????????♀️
