I recently visited the Whataburger located at Williams Drive and Shell Road in Georgetown, TX, and I must say that it was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was not only fresh but also hit the spot perfectly. I thoroughly relished my meal, and it was made even better by sharing the experience with my brother, who was visiting from Alaska.
The iconic flavors of Whataburger were still intact at this location, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s always reassuring to find consistency in the quality and taste of the food, especially when it comes to a beloved establishment like Whataburger. My brother and I were glad to have chosen this location for our meal, and it certainly lived up to our expectations.
Overall, I would highly recommend this Whataburger location to anyone looking for a satisfying meal accompanied by exceptional service. It’s evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining the high standards that Whataburger is known for, and it truly reflects in the overall dining experience.

We eat at Simmer Down regularly. The food is phenomenal, down home cooking at its finest. The servers are genuine, attentive, and take the time to make an exceptional customer experience. Highly recommend. They recently down-sized the menu, leaving off some of their wonderful dishes, hope someday they will bring back chicken-fried chicken sandwiches and the signature grilled cheese.
Absolutely delicious, after not going to whataburger for 20 yrs I definitely loved my number 5 Thankyou whataburger!!! And Thankyou Katherine for the wonderful service and delicious meal, makes me want to go everyday from now on .
You would think that they would know how to make a burger considering burger is Half of their name
Or two burgers there tonight the first burger was to have mayonnaise lettuce tomato onion cheese, no ketchup, no mustard. The second burger was a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles And no onions
The first burger was slathered with ketchup, tomatoes were about the size of a $.50 piece and I could not find any lettuce on the burger.
My wife got a simple burger with cheese, and when she opened it up, it was splattered with Onions and the cheese hadn’t even melted. I know they are a burger place but don’t you think they could put the cheese on the patty while it’s on the grill so they can melted more importantly, don’t you think if they put the cheese on the burger when it was hot and they wrapped it up by the time you got it home it would be melted unless, of course the burger was never hot to begin with Which explains why the cheese wasn’t melted.
I’ve been going to Whataburger for 30+ years and The last 2 to 3 years has gotten worse product has gotten worse and for the life of me, I will never walk in the doors again of a Whataburger. You probably don’t care if you’re reading this, they sure as hell don’t care However, there are so many places to get a burger that I’m done with them and being told, could you come back and replace it. Do the damn hamburger right the first time
I really enjoyed myself at this location. The service was great. I have food allergies and the crew made sure I was taken care of. I ordered a delicious fish combo and my fiance ordered the cranberry salad. Shout out to the night crew at Whataburger. The food was good and the crew was awesome. Thanks for everything you all did to make us have a great stay.
I work nights and this is my go to after work. Always hot fries, incredible burgers, friendly staff, and never s long wait be it 2pm or 2am. Best place for a great meal in a short time without sacrificing quality. 10 stars all around!!
Food tasted good... but this ain't toasted... it's totally burnt. C'mon quality control...

point normally I feel like what a burger is best for chicken but they turn that on its head! What-a-burger! Wow! This is really all true great through and through.
P.S. - What a burger brownie better than I thought it would be by a lot, will buy of my own will next time thanks you guys. ????
