I live in Richardson and drive over here for work.
I pass by many Whataburgers on my long drive here.
This is the only one I stop at to get that friendly service to start my day!
I had a bit of a wait for a breakfast biscuit. I suppose the plus is that it was fresh and my chicken was hot and juicy.
Have been visiting here for several years(20+)….if ever a mistake it is definitely corrected….just today I was in a hurry and made a visit….l am so sorry I didn’t get the Mgr info but the order was for a bacon cheeseburger combo….the cheese was forgotten….She quickly offered to and did correct it….which is one of the reasons I will FOREVER go out of My way to give My business to this location
This place is the worst. First, they don't want to bring your food to the table, they yell your name from the kitchen! second, they don't offer you ketchup, salt. you have to go back to the checkout to ask for everything. third, you open your burger and it's missing cheeses. This place is a shame. The people who work here don't even want to live.
Who is the manager here?!? This has to be THE POOREST service at a Whataburger ever..! You’re going to wait at the speaker for all of 10 minutes just to place an order and don’t think you’re getting your food in a timely manner…that’s another 30 minutes! Just a very poorly run store and you can tell the team is completely UNMOTIVATED! I don’t blame them I blame management. You can clearly see nobody is at either window receiving payment. I only come to this one because it’s in the same parking lot as my apartment, but it’s definitely not “convenient.”
Didn't receive my online order. My husband said when he walked in one of the employees was rude with him saying he was doing too much with two online orders. Then got loud with him and asked someone else to assist him.
I still never received my online order and the total or 3 employees arguing in front of customer is so unprofessional. I would never go to this location or recommend anyone to ago to this unprofessional establishment!!!
Every time I come here the customer service is mediocre to none existent. Nobody forced any of you to work here, and although I would love to have compassion for the employees situations, their service/ attitudes just turn you off. Also, why when I order curbside pickup it takes 50 mins for my order to be brought, or I have to come and get it, if it’s not brought out at all. What’s the point of having curb-side as an option?
Without a doubt every time I have came to this location in the mornings it takes at least 20 minutes to receive my food. It’s fast food for a reason.
