This location is going downhill. I ordered a whataburger without any special request. The service was slow. It took about 30 minutes. The cashier working the front counter was nice.
The burger I received came without lettuce, tomatoes or onions. It had a massive amount of ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. The bun was extremely soggy. None of this was edible. I waste of time and money.
I’ve complained about food at this location before in the app and by calling the headquarters and no one has called, texted or email me back before.
I was told the female manager on duty for 9/11/24 was the one cooking the burgers. Yep, I took pictures on exactly how I received my food.
Bad service and actually incompetent workers. Ordered a large coffee from the drive through and explicitly pointed out that my cup was too small, works proudly said it was the large coffee. Upon looking at the receipt it was supposed to be the 20 oz coffee but I went home and actually measured the Cup, of course barely goes past half way on a actual 20oz cup, honestly worst staff in all of fast food industry and I still don’t understand how it took 15 minutes for coffee and taquitos
No wait staff when I came in. Multiple people waiting to get their order taken and several waiting to pick up their order. Poor service, long wait. Food was marginally hot. And is a fairly new Whataburger.
Food is always good but today the fries were not cooked at all 0/10
Waited for 32 minutes to get our food. Offered no ketchup, no napkins, no straws available in the dining room. Asked an employee for these things and stood and waited for 8 minutes, never saw that employee again and not another single one asked what I needed help with. Finally said screw it and just sat down to eat just to discover our order what completely wrong. Went back to the counter and the employee argued with me about the order being wrong even after I showed them the receipt. Terrible service, I will not be going back to that location any time.
The food here is always tasty and cooked to perfection ???? shout out to the cooks. The place runs smoothly because whether I dine in or use the Drive Thru the service is impeccable and the wait is not long. Drive thru handlers are always friendly such as De'Marco. I really enjoy everything on the menu but my favorite thing is the environment. From top to bottom I think their team is all vested in bringing you their best. Today I had a #5 & my husband had the Apple & Crispy Chicken Salad with Jalapeño Ranch. We are full & happy!
Poor service. We waited for 43 minutes to get two breakfast meals! We couldn’t get anyone to give us a refund because everyone was in the back prepping food but nothing was coming out. A manager in training sat at a booth doing computer training and not helping. I told anyone who came in to leave and go to chick fil a because they’d be disappointed if they ordered here.
Food portions are less than half the size compared to other locations. Chicken tenders are closer to burger king chicken fries size than actual tenders. Employees are decent
