This is my new favorite burger joint when I’m in the south.
The onion rings were delicious as well as a burger.
I had a double and it was a huge meal
Everytime I come here I make an online order in advance to avoid wait yet everyone I come to get my order it is never ready. And I proceed to spend the next 10-15 min waiting while they have an attitude. If I wanted our had the time to wait I wouldn’t of made an online order it’s ridiculous.
I don’t know if I’ve ever left a food review but I felt I should for this location. My fries were so fresh I was burning my fingers on them. Burger was nice and hot. Crew members were polite. This was the best Whataburger experience I’ve ever had. Thank you for the fresh, amazing food!
It's fine they've gotten much better on the time at least going in I don't know about the drive-thru cuz I don't use it, having the app helps a lot in ordering before I think
Just left whataburger at 2:30am 2-6-2024… ordered a double meat burger meal, got home it was a single meat burger and I called 10+times and no answer. The store isn’t busy at all , 4 cars in drive thru. It’s not the first time this has happened on this particular shift. Maybe the manager is stealing from the store because she takes the orders and get the money. Over charging the customers, selling less and pocket the difference at the end of her shift… it’s sad, I paid 15$ for a 10$ meal who else is getting robbed and she don’t answer the phone because she knows what going on. Investigate the store manager. The store is taking major losses because you’re losing customers as the reviews are stating something isn’t right. And it starts with the manager on shift… thief! Wrong order and it was pink meat under cooked… I fed it to my dog piece by piece. Whataburger is becoming what a shame. Especially this particular store and shift…thief!!!!!
Burger prepared correctly as ordered. There was a big wet area on the floor in front of the drink machine. There was a wet floor sign out but they give you a cup so what choice do you have? Food was ok. The upkeep of the dining area needs attention.
I wanted to purchase some breakfast burritos for a meeting with the church , but when I walked in , the manager (or some other employee)told me to leave because they were too busy cleaning the dining room . It seems to me that they should do their cleaning after work or before the store opens in the morning . This was about 8am on a Saturday , so they missed out on one of the best days of the week for people to come in , sit in the dining room , and enjoy a relaxed breakfast with their family . Saturday is a great day for that because the children are not in school , parents are not working , and it could be a nice break from cooking .
But on this Saturday , July 6th 2024 , someone made the decision to turn away customers , making the entire morning into one that not make any profit at all
I've been eating breakfast at this location for 2yrs every morning and Kristina is usually at the window when I pull up,She is sweet,very respectful,Professional,I can't say enough good things about her,I enjoy seeing her every morning,if I was rich she would get a big tip just for making my morning,We need more people like her in this world.
