The fries weren't shaken during the cooking so they floppy and soggy. They didn't have hardly any syrup in the fountain drinks, and my girlfriends tea wasn't even sweet. My girlfriend's chicken sandwich was soaked in grease. My burger and her sandwich were poorly wrapped. Mine was so loose it fell out the bag with only one piece of bacon on it. They also forgot my girlfriend's brownie and all of our ketchup. This ordeal took 45 minutes for a to go order.
My nephew opened his cup and noticed black stuff floating around in his orange Fanta! No idea what this is but please clean your drink machines! I pray he does not get SICK!
Visited this place today and was very surprised. The service was great, the food was good and reasonably priced. We dined in and the tables and floors were clean and NOT sticky. Well done.
brown lettuce.. gross.. the meat was hot and fresh though. that’s the least that they could do.
So I'm from West Virginia and I had never tried one of these burgers before...I have heard good things about them so I decided to give one a try...I must say it was very delicious.. it was fresh and tasty and served quickly we went through the drive-thru so I did not sit in and I cannot give my review or opinion about that but I will say the food was fresh hot speedy and good.
I'm currently in line for almost 30 minutes for two taquitos. There is no excuse for this poor time especially when there was nobody in front of me. I want the GM to see this and hold your crew accountable.
Cashier Kayleigh was friendly and gave me great Service. Had a triple cheeseburger no onions. Asked for the Dr.Pepper shake and she added chocolate for me. Tea was great. No complaints except the fries could be better. Too small. Very good.

Never had whataburger but happily will skip chickfila for this. Flavorful biscuit. Hashbrowns weren't that great but it works if u need a filling breakfast to start your day
