Clean, good food and friendly staff. We used the kiosk to order, and made our own table tent since they weren't out as the kiosk instructs you to use.
Stopped in here after a medical appointment in Wichita Falls. Had to run errands in Lawton, OK after so we thought we would stop and get a sandwich with fries. My wife said that it would be quicker than Braum's down the street. Yeah, about that. Our order shouldn't have been difficult, 2 sandwiches and a large fries. Notice I said shouldn't. 15 minutes later we finally had our order. I had gone out to the car to sit it was taking so long. Wife brought the bag out and we headed for Lawton. Once we got on 44, she opened the bag to pull the food out. How in the heck, with an order that simple, can you screw it up. Not one fry to be found anywhere! $3.39 plus tax and we didn't get them.
Called down there and talked to a manager since we don't go down to Wichita Falls often. No, they couldn't send a coupon that we could use in Lawton. We could drive back down there and get our money back or get the order of fries. To drive there and back would cost me a whole lot more in gasoline than the fries. As someone growing up in the Midwest, I already don't understand the love affair with Whataburger, other than they are from Texas. Frankly, I think I'm just done with them and their poor service.
Best burger ihave had, it was not dry, just perfectly made our order was on point, and the crew was amazing. We always stop by here after we leave the Kiowa Casino. This is where we always eat as we had back home.
Traveling from Midland TX to Guthrie Oklahoma. Stopped for gas and a quick meal. It was the best burger I have eaten in a long time! Restroom was clean, and the staff did a great job! Thank You!
We went through the drive-thru and ordered a salad and a whataburger with cheese meal. We were asked to pull around and they would bring it out to us. After waiting 20 minutes I went in to find out what the hold up was. While I waited for someone that looked competent they served the two cars behind us. I finally got what looked like a Manager for her to only tell me they were working on my order....so I waited 10 more minutes while the "manager" kept disappearing into an office. It was very clear that nobody was in charge and employee's were moving around accomplishing nothing with zero guidance....horrible leadership....horrible service!!!!
They put some really pretty fake flowers out For fall and I told them they looked really pretty, being 100% honest because I really appreciated the effort. I got told I was annoying but the lady told me she said she ment they were annoying so idk. But they did look bussing bussing
Friendly, helpful staff- serving great food, tea and coffee. A good place to meet with family, friends and coworkers.
