Not sure if there was a new night crew tonight but I drive about 15 minutes to specifically come to this location because I never have issues here! I get it’s late and I get its busy but we were in line for 20 mins and were given our food with hot fries and a cold burger patty! Specifically ordered no onion or pickle and the guy REPEATED BACK to me “no pickle, no onion”. It’s not a picky eater situation, it’s a food allergy situation and sure enough my burger was loaded with onions! Such a waste of time, money and food that wasn’t even eaten. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
Although the food is good this place has the rudest employees and worst customer service. People at counter are completely ignored. Funny they have all this pride and recognition posted and I didn't see anything like that. As I was writing this a customer returned her food because it was cold. Nice guys
The food at this place is bomb and the shakes are competitively priced and also a very good. My complaint comes from about a month ago I got a strawberry shake there and about 30 seconds down the road the bottom of the cup exploded all over my lap and ruined all the food under it. I wanted to go back so bad but the driver of the car was late for work and said there was absolutely no way we could go back. Whether this is just poor product or an employee having some fun either way it's unacceptable after spending like $15 for a meal that ended up all in my lap or in the garbage. So beware the exploding milkshakes!
I had my first visit & burger at this chain,
a few days ago. I am NOT a fast food guy
in the least. I had no groceries at home.
It was after 630 pm & I was HUNGRY !
I ordered a basic cheese burger & fries.
(There goes my diet ) The fries were just
like McDonald's, (yummy) and that's been
at least 3 - 4 yrs since havn Macs fries.
The burger, I will tell you, was by far the
BEST fast food burger I've ever had.

I absolutely love this specific Whataburger!!! I can't say enough good things about the awesome staff and be clean environment. My experience was made especially extravagant by Denisse, she was kind courteous and made sure to deliver it all with a smile thank you so much Denisse!!!! Not McDonald's but I am so loving it!!!
Update from Feb 28, 2024:
I am subtracting another star because the shake was not even full... we love Whataburger but have been seriously disappointed at the latest decrease in the amount of food served on our order.

Brody was very cheerful during our interaction in the drive- thru. Only one complaint: while I ordered onion rings, I received French fries instead.

As always, the green chili double and onion rings were great.... unfortunately, the amount of onion rings in the large container didn't even reach the top. This was the only drawback to this visit. We even tried the new white chocolate raspberry shake and definitely were not disappointed! I'm not sure if my 4 rating actually is accurate to help, but my husband wasn't happy with the onion ring shortage and so I had to deduct a star for that.

The new chili cheese burger is really good.
I came in last night to get food for me and a friend, I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger pretty much Large meal, they had me waiting at the drive thru for a half an hour which is crazy, they messed up my order they gave me a medium fries, gave me a single patty and single cheese and a medium fries, today I came so they can make it right well the manager wouldn’t have the decency to talk to me and it seemed like he questioned whether I was right or not cuz he kept peaking around the corner like dude come talk to me like a MAN, anyways they only gave me my burger didn’t bother compensating for my fries, this hasn’t been the first time either that they’ve messed up my order, I would advise to find a different location or avoid this place at all costs, they don’t treat their customers right, it’s fast food which also makes it embarrassing, so disappointing, they really need work and improvement
Went through the drive through with three cars ahead of us. We were late for soccer practice so I looked at the clock. We pulled into the drive through lane at 6:17. I ordered two whataburgers at 6:20. One for my son and one for me. We didn’t get our order until 6:40. 20 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for two burgers. We also had ordered two waters but they never got those. Before you say it was rush hour I looked through the big windows and there were only 3 patrons in the dining room. When we finally got our burgers they were stone cold. They didn’t apologize about the wait or anything. I know it’s just fast food or whatever but this was such a poor experience, it couldn’t have been worse if they had gone out of their way to deliberately make it into a bad experience. Really wish there was a zero star option.
