Best WLM Reviews

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a whataburger. Buns were extremely burnt and all you could taste it burnt bread. The fries were cold and stale and didn’t have any salt. Would not recommend eating here
Never been and was impressed for a cheap burger. Service was okay and they kept forgetting to make my shake. The place felt dirty, but I like the old school look. Will go again for quick food and definitely better than Wendy's, BK or McDonald's.
Staff were friendly and got our order right, but there were homeless people living in thr parking lot
I thought everything at Whataburger was prepared fresh? That's why you wait 30min+ for your meal? I literally just saw a meat patty pulled from a plastic tray that had obviously either been fully or partially cooked as it was flimsy, hanging from the tongs used to pick it up. This meat patty was used to make my burger.
It was 4:50am when I pulled through the drive-thru with nobody in line. Exactly why can't the meat be prepared fresh and exactly how long have those pre-cooked patties been in that plastic bin? How can one keep meat fresh/warm, especially if partially prepared and stored in a clear, plastic bin?
Makes me wonder what the Health Department or upper Management would have to say about what I saw?
This location is not as good as the great locations elsewhere. They have forgotten things half the times we've been there. One night, when we went through the drive thru as we got to the pay window, the kid opened the window and said "What good wit it" like he didn't know that I was there for and then just stared at me while I tried to hand him my card to pay.
Not great today. Got through the line quick. Then was told to go around the corner and wait. 15-20 minutes later I got my food and it was missing items. Had to go inside and ask for the rest of my food. Spent about 30 minutes getting fast food. It tasted pretty good at least.
Had a pretty big order so when I got to the window at the drive-thru they told me to pull up. Understandable I was ordering for five people. When I pulled forward there was already a car sitting there waiting. Waited about 10 minutes and then went inside. It seems as though there were a couple of trainees there. Manager she had her hands full. When the manager questioned me and found out I was waiting for so long she got right on the order. She apologized and gave me a free apple pie. A nice gesture. And just from the way I saw her talk to the employees she seemed as though she was a good manager. The food was good and fresh. When I left the car that was in front of me was still waiting. They do after work on their service time. But I would stop here again and hopefully the timing gets better. To the manager for that day thank you for just being a genuinely nice person.
The food here is super good. Their burgers are some of the best of any fast food chain and I really enjoyed the dr pepper shake. The original guy that took my order was super nice and smiling and at least acted like he enjoyed being there. However, I also watched a guy stand at the front counter for 5 minutes while two girls behind the counter just stood there staring at him and arguing about who should take his order. Like right there where everyone could hear. The dude walked out and I honestly don't blame him. Then the manager guy gave the one girl a headset and she basically threw a fit about it again where everyone could hear her. She definitely should not be customer service. Other than that though, this is a good place to eat if you want a good burger, as long as those two that clearly hate their job aren't the ones working.
