Ordered through the app and received a whatachicken sandwich and a burger. It was burnt and extremely dry and the lettuce was turning no one would answer the phone when we called. Burger was ok
The new lady that they have at the register is super sweet, she gave me son a coupon as well and that's just so very kind of her, in all my years of being a huge fan of Whataburger NOT ONE PERSON HAS DONE THAT!! She did!! So sweet, food was great, as long as they have good management and nice employees not ghetto then This can be a huge local fan favorite ESPECIALLY in Pflugerville
The absolutely worse experience in any type of business. This place was terrible. 50 minutes to fill our order and everything was all wrong. Then your employees didn't give one shit. I will never eat at any whataburger again because of this experience. Your customer service is non existent. Guess that's part of be a corporation huh. Employees playing grab ass behind the counter while people are waiting 30 minutes plus for a meal. All 100 percent focused on anything and everything but doing their actual job. This place should be closed down..
And even after I confront the employee. He takes my receipt to the back and comes back without it. Didn't say sorry. Didn't apologize for the terrible service. Asked for a manager and not a single one cane to talk to me.
Food quality and service has declined markedly since the chain was sold. This location has extremely slow service. Took 20 minutes to fill an order of just fries! Ridiculous! Prices are also up significantly. The floor was filthy with a lot of trash, and tables were dirty as well. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned off in a while. These restaurants shouldn't rely on people busing their own tables. They need to actually clean them off too!
I have been to this store many times and will say the quality has been declining for several months. Went on Saturday night most recently when coming back from an event out of town. Had to wait in the drive through for 25 minutes to get food. Both of our orders were incorrect. Both burgers and drinks were incorrect.
Service of the drive through staff was ok.
Felt bad for them. Was very crowded . The staff was really nice but I placed my order for pick up at 11pm. I get there at 11:30 AND I STILL had to wait another 30 minutes to get the 4 salads I paid for a pickup order that was scheduled for 11pm .. as I was waiting, I was told they were out of the grilled chicken ????♀️
i walked in and had about 3-4 people look at me waiting to order, waited about 15mins before someone came and took my order. once my order was taken i placed my card on the table to use to restroom. while walking back from the bathroom i stopped to order a sauce because i forgot. i saw a lady walk out with my food and i tried telling her it was my food but she ignored me and kept walking and placed it behind the counter. when i told the lady who took my order for the sauce she grabbed my sauce but not the food. all in all this is the worst whataburger i’ve been to. completely wasted my lunch break here.
Compared to fast food from the northeast, this was really good. We got regular cheese burgers, fries, apple pies, and the Dr pepper milkshake.
Kinda like a cross between BK and Wendy's but better ingredients and quality. Service was great, they bring the food to you and sauces to choose from. Price was pretty reasonable for what we got. Dr pepper milkshake was incredible.
Also, some of the local patrons were really friendly. Good conversation about my Red Sox hat and were I'm from. Lol
