Best WLM Reviews
As long as I have been going to whataburger on south main/610 location, I have never got find this horrible. The cheese never melted and I put it in microwave still didn't melt. I asked for fries no salt and I got cold fries. And fry box was not even filled up.
Very disappointing
I don't know if I just.. don't eat fast food like I used to? Or if it's different at this location, then in south Texas.
The gentlemen in the store were very pleasant, and I was glad to order from them at the counter.
The workers were friendly, quick and had great customer service. Only downside about this location is that there are lots of homeless people but they don’t bother you
This location has alot of problems anyway, but I just had the most ridiculous experience.i discourage anyone from using this location bc they hardly get your order right anyway and when it is right it doesnt taste good as other locations. But anyway, on 12/8 at about 10:35-10:40 i was at the window talking to a younger lady. She asked if I had the free water. I said no, that i had the mobile order for valerie. She said with the chicken and the sprite? I said no it had a large unsweetened tea plus lemonade. She looked around confused for a moment. And I said it's the mobile order for Valerie with the chicken and half tea/lemonade. She said "well you said no so how was i supposed to know?." Giving me an attitude. I just didn't even say anything because I didn't want to engage. So I just grabbed my food and she said, with some more attitude "you're welcome". My food and drink weren't even right. I double checked my mobile app and the receipt. So. Yeah, thanks for giving me attitude and the wrong meal. I guess.
Had a 3 piece chicken tenders and a large coffee. all the food was cold. coffee was nasty and old from sitting on the burner all night. When I asked to have my coffee replaced, They replaced it with a cup of coffee never the less, but full with coffee grounds. When asked for original half and half worker rolled her eyes. As if it was such an inconvenience. That's your job don't like it find something else. Needless to say won't ever be back. Worst Whataburger I have ever been to.
Food is okay not the best food ever but there workers during night are rude. do your damn job and be respectful I paid here she had a heart breaking when I asked for extra mayo like she was going to pay for it off her pocket
I can say this is one of the best fast food burgers, the fries were good and it’s a must to try the Spicy Ketchup. The burger was really good (just the lettuce was a little old but come on it’s lettuce). The service and staff was great and friendly. The meat did had flavor. Thank you!
Believe the reviews about the homeless people. There are way too many homeless people surrounding your car, especially when you are in the drive thru. Didn’t feel comfortable rolling down my window to tell them I had a mobile order. I literally had to call the store manager to see if he knew about it. He acted as if he were clueless.
