Best WLM Reviews
This is the first time at this location. I ordered online. Of course, it's not ready. I waited over 10 minutes before bringing food to ppl ahead of me. When it's my turn. I say, I have been waiting over 15 minutes. I do not want a cold meal. I received my bag with fries upside down. I should have known something, but I let it go. Really store # 990. Would you want this, so why give it to your customers. Customer service is truly not the same. Train your staff on what not to do. We can say it's young ppl. I do not care what age you are. If you don't want your order this way, DO NOT SEND THIS OUT YOUR DOOR TO ANYONE. Since young ppl are not being trained correctly. Hold managers accountable for the staff for that shift. Maybe micro managing is what some ppl need. Ridiculous!!!
Calvin helped me order even when I was having trouble, he recommended me a patty melt and that was my first time having it and I enjoyed it very much. Calvin is the best worker I have ran into here and he made sure to deliver my food fresh with a smile. He made this trip very likeable.
Mostly prefer breakfast, but all-day menu is a plus. Staff is young and energetic. Food is well prepared and often served hot. Next time, I'll opt for grilled chicken to be served on the side so it will not melt the cheese and wilt the salad. Overall great experience.
At this Whataburger location, you're in for a treat that’s a cut above the rest. It’s a shining beacon in the city for those in pursuit of a quick, satisfying bite. The standout cleanliness and the higher standard of served food set it apart, making each visit a reliably good experience.
The sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast biscuit combo is a morning game-changer: hot, scrumptious, and sure to kickstart your day on a delicious note. While the wait time might test your patience a bit, the end result is undeniably worth it. For fast food that hits the spot, I give this Whataburger an admirable 8 out of 10 stars!
Ordered a chicken strips meal and they left out the fries. No unusual order modifications were made. This is about the 3rd time we've been disappointed with the drive thru ordering process at this location. The one star review isn't even taking into account the employee's service - it's the fact that they mess up our order every single time. Won't be coming back to this location anymore, the disappointment isn't worth it.
Great taste, can’t go wrong with #1 and the whole jalapeños on the side! Great original taste for sure to hit the spot.
Since I don’t live in Texas (Where I ate this delicious food), I decided to try this place out.
First- the people, who work there are amazing! They were polite and very helpful. They even gave us a free cookie for being out of state.
Second- the establishment was very clean. Although, I did not get to see the restroom, so I cannot tell you the cleanliness of the restroom.
Third- the burger and fries were amazing. Please keep in mind, cheese is an extra item that you have to pay for (Interesting???). You will have to tell them everything you want on your burger, but at least you get the burger you want.
Overall- I really like this burger joint. I will definitely come back.
Slowest WB in Fort Bend County! No apology because they know the Sienna folk's will keep them busy. Do not go here unless you have 30 minutes to waste in the drive thru.
