Food is always fine here, and most of the time the employees are friendly, but expect to wait. I'm not sure if it is a staffing issue, management, etc., but even when the line is short, it takes way too long to get your order. At busy times, the speed/efficiency is not increased. I waited in line 30+ minutes the other day at a busier time of day. As a fast food restaurant, it's not worth that kind of wait. I usually defer to other nearby faster restaurants when I want something quick.
I know they can get busy at night when the staff has less people on shift, so I do understand that it can take a little longer, but for the love of that's holy in Texas, please please just get the food out fresh and make sure the order is in fact correct, especially if it is taking an extra extra long time. That being said, when the only other customer in the drive through is behind me and only two people inside sitting at a table, please explain why it took over 18 min for that new tangy BBQ chicken sandwich ( I did ask them to add mayo when I placed the order) and onion rings that came out with no BBQ sauce on the chicken sandwich and rings that were room temp and all stuck together. Why? I just love your food, but this is an on going issue. I dint even Mendon what the dining room, mainly the drink station, looked like last week at 3 a.m.
Waited 20 mins at the drive thru and The manager gave us the wrong order. I arrived at the crib expecting my lil breakfast and boom it was a lil 3 piece dry ahh tenders, stale fries and like 20 ketchups. I had to drive back and ole girl had an attitude like cmon dawg I’m just trynna get my right order. She pulls out a bag from the mystery box and my fries were stale asl again, she proceeded to redo them and I waited about another 10-15 mins for some fries ieisha was working hard to get em but they wasn’t giving it to her. Really disappointed in todays experience as a loyal whataburger fanatic I am not pleased. She could’ve at least gave me a complimentary dessert but no. The manager didn’t even show up I think she went to get the milk (never came back). I’ll be back tho cause it’s close by but they needa get there stuff together . Goodnight whataburger. Walked inside for my pick up order. Was asked my name and was told that they are working on my order. After nearly an hour wait, I was then told that they don’t have my order. What an absolute waste of life waiting on these employees to figure out what they’re doing. They were completely underwater, and could not seem to figure it out. Corporate needs to step in for an intervention. Canceled my order, and will never return to this location. I was in town visiting my daughter, and will never get that time back I wasted at this location.
Waited 45 minutes for my order (fry and shake). Had to use bathroom and there was human feces on the floor near the stall. Workers were rude and got my order wrong even though I only ordered 2 things. Never had a worse experience at a fast food chain. I'm going to McDonald's from now on. .05 Stars
They had to “find” our order after sitting in the drive through line for 30 minutes. When we flagged a worker down to ask about our order she cut us off and walked away. How does nobody notice that a car is blocking the drive through and everyone is going around that car??
Placed my order through the app at 10ish tonight and waited nearly 40min for 2 meals. When I got to the window they gave me the cinnamon roll on my order but not the entire rest of the order. They asked me to pull up because they were still working on it and waited another 10min for them to bring out my order. They forgot my drinks and one of my meals was wrong. Genuinely terrible service
I ordered curbside pickup for my meal. The staff was very caring and went the extra mile to ensure I had a good experience at their establishment in response to the small wait. Shout out to those working yesterday evening and especially to the kind woman who brought me my meal and a smile :)
